The flat was freezing cold in the winter, I've got kids so it was absolutely dreadful for them too. The windows are wooden so the heat just goes straight out. But more to the point, the central heating was ridiculous - they never heated up and were lukewarm to the touch. The ceiling leaked, the window sills inside leaked, water came through the wooden windows. It was just a horrible place to live. All throughout this years tenancy agreement we paid £1350 a month. When we announced we were leaving they hit us with bills. They took our deposit. Charged us for cleaning the apartment once we left. Charged us for painting the apartment once we left. Even charged us £45 for removing some Blu-tac marks on the wall, even though they charged us to paint the place. I've correspondence letters and emails and the PDF file of the bill they hit us with. I just wish I could do something about it. But I warn you, do not trust these rogues!!!!

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented a flat from them for 2 years, it has been 2 months since I have done the check-out and they still haven't refunded my deposit. Plus, they have tried to find the tiniest details to hold money from my deposit... their excuse to charge me £90 cleaning fee is a discoloured sealant in the bathroom.
