We can't thank Laura and Alex from Frost enough for their incredible help during our recent purchase. Our situation was far from straightforward, with long delays on our end as we waited for our re-mortgage to be finalised before we could exchange. Throughout this incredibly stressful period, Laura and Alex were the definition of professional and compassionate. They were brilliant at keeping their client calm and updated, but more than that, they constantly reassured us and kept our spirits up. I have just sold my flat in Bourne End Bucks through Naomi Forward at the Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath. Naomi was recommended to me through a local friend and boy did she deliver. She listed my flat and started marketing the property on 9th April 25' and she organised a viewing on the 10th. She then proceeded to negotiate with the potential buyer on my behalf and I accepted an offer a week or two later. The whole process went without complications or drama and we completed on the 2nd July. I can thoroughly recommend Naomi and the team at Frosts for their professionalism and tenacity. Buying snd selling properties is often never an easy journey but they made the whole process a stress free and streamlined experience - which is rare and commendable.

They were both complex, difficult matters but Alex kept me well-informed and was always very supportive and helped me to stay positive. I originally signed up with the Frost office in Flackwell Heath as a previous reviewer stated how they helped them when the move got difficult and thought that could be useful, known our luck, As it turned out it was a good job we did go with the guys. Naomi and Alex did a great job selling the Property and even gave us early morning calls (mainly Alex). Once the post sale chain got tough Naomi and Laura were always on hand to keep pushing and really earned their commission on this sale, in fact they should have had other estate agents commission as well. To summarise this is a highly recommended office with a great team with different skill bases to ensure your sale goes through. Great people as well. Go with these guys it is a no brainer and you will be pleased you did.

They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people
