Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent.

My Father aged 87 made the difficult decision to move out of his home of 30 years and into a retirement home. It was a difficult time for all the family and after consideration we chose Frosts Flackwell Heath primarily due to the understanding and empathy shown by Laura and Naomi during home visits we felt we would be in good hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they definitely go above and beyond to ensure both purchasers and vendors are happy with the sales process. Laura is the Office Manager and her communication skills, attention to detail and great service in always keeping us updated was excellent throughout the sale of the property. Laura is definitely an expert at what she does and leads a great team, she provides excellent advice, is responsive and efficient throughout every part of the sales process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone selling, buying or looking to rent a property.

This is the third time I have used the Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath and they have provided a first class service each time. Naomi was our main point of contact however we were impressed by the entire team’s professionalism and efficiency. Moving house is a big life event and Naomi was a great support to us throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I had complete trust in the advice she gave. Naomi also played a critical role in pulling our sale back on track when our buyer’s sale was on the verge of falling through. I would definitely recommend Frost to anyone thinking of selling their property. Thanks team!

Naomi at the Flackwell Heath branch has been nothing short of amazing in helping me find and move into my new family home. My experience with Frost surpassed my expectations in that all correspondence was fast, accurate and friendly. All the usual processes that often get dragged out were carried out expediently and the property itself is perfect for my little family. All teething issues were addressed with immediacy, truly grateful to Naomi and team. Thanks 😊

Laura of the Frost Partnership was great. She was like a dog with a bone, going beyond her responsibilities, battling solicitors, chasing mortgage lenders etc to get our house move over the line. If only the onward solicitors in the chain took a leaf out of her book. They were shockingly unprofessional and made the journey very painful and torturous. Laura was efficient in taking on that strain listening to our screams!! Thanks Laura!

Having had some truly horrendous experiences with estate agents in the past, it was really a relief and pleasure to work with Laura and her team at the Flackwell Heath branch of Frosts who provided a high quality, respectful and friendly service throughout our recent house purchase, even though we as buyers were not paying their fees. They will certainly be front of the queue to instruct should we come to be selling in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

Having just sold my house in Flackwell Heath through Frosts, I was very impressed with the whole process. The team have all been supportive and have endeavoured to make it as straightforward as possible. Laura, in particular, has been a driving force in getting through to exchange and has given me great advice and support along the way.

Naomi Forward was the agent who facilitated our purchase of a buy to let and then we engaged her to manage the rental of this and another property. She is very personable and managed the process from beginning to end with superb communication. We trusted her judgement and she selected very good tenants who met our need perfectly. She is an asset to your companyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service throughout our purchase. The team at Frosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Laura Richards over-sore our move, and she was a delight all the way. The kind gift of a Costa voucher at the end was also a really nice touch!

Naomi Forward was a star through my very long buying process and was instrumental in getting it over the line to the deadlines I needed. When others in the chain caused endless delays, she was professional, resolute and above all, proactive. She made it happen and I am very grateful.
