We were looking to buy a propertyin Woburn Sands and dealt with Linda Burt from the Woburn Sands office.I found her to be so short and unhelpful.It was not a pleasant experience dealing with her. If you have to deal with Brown and Merry Woburn Sands, avoid her at all costs.

GoogleExceptional service from Alex and Jenna. They were super efficient and quick to have a look at my property and within a week they sourced and found tenants for my property. Communication from the team is really fast and questions are answered promptly. I was always kept up to date with the dealings of my property. I will most definitely be using again to buy, sell and rent.

GoogleAlexandra was brilliant. She let our property successfully for us last year. The tenants were great. When they left I called her to ask if she could let it again. Within hours she called back to say she'd showed someone round and it was taken! the new tenant has just moved in. Such good service!

Brown & Merry in Watford started off well in trying to sell my house but tailed off badly. They were enthusiastic and created a good pitch and brochure for our 3 bed semi in Silkmill road,Watford plus an open day . An acceptable offer came in quickly but the sale fell through after 4 months. We felt they did not do enough to monitor its progress and their communication was v poor. After it fell through they did nothing at all to create interest so we terminated their contract. Would not recommend. Rightmove have been far better

I let my flat through the Stony Stratford branch and then - against my better judgment - agreed to sell through them. I can honestly say, the entire process was the very worst, most time-consuming and stressful experience of customer service I've had the misfortune to be on the end of. I literally don't know where to start in warning you to avoid Brown and Merry at all costs. There might be one or two good people but overall the culture and service, right up to the highest levels of this company is utterly toxic. Just some of the nightmare scenarios included my lovely tenants being given early notice without my permission, two entire sets of keys being lost leaving us with no keys, overcharging on invoices, buyers being given wrong information, documents being lost, quite literally having to beg rude, inconsiderate senior staff for updates, and a total refusal to accept any responsibility for really serious mistakes or even acknowledge they happened. It took months and months to resolve. The nightmare ended with myself and my poor tenants, plus my buyer who ended up withdrawing from the sale, all out of pocket and agreeing it was the most awful, stressful experience of our lives. We removed our flat and sold it through another agent. Please avoid B&M at all costs.

Went with them as they offered a 1 month contract and the salesman was very convincing. Put our house on the market for too high a price, even though we asked them to go in closer to all the other valuations we had.
