GoogleFrom purchasing the flat through to completion, the whole team were exceptionally professional. And as a first time landlord, they patiently explained the entire lettings process. Tenant found within 48 hours of being marketed and at the full asking price. Special shout out to Rachel, Tracey and Matthew and Tracey for their friendly guidance and support.

There was never an issue which Russell & Butler couldn't solve. With all the internal issues experienced, a prompt solution was found. The contractors which they work with were all exceptionally professional and thorough. The team at Russell and Butler are all very helpful and especially accommodating for University students. I highly recommend to all! A great agency to rent with! 10/10

The Russell & Butler experience worked wonders for us. This was for my parents who are in their 90s and were selling their bungalow to allow them to move into a new flat in a retirement village. R & B were extremely sensitive to my parents needs, and spent unlimited time with them In their own home helping them to negotiate their way through all the complexities of the sale and legal procedures. They quickly found a buyer and kept close to the legal people along the chain to ensure that the sale was completed In time for us to achieve an early completion discount. Thanks to everyone at R & B, but especially to Tracey who was our partner throughout this process.

I have only praise for the service I received from R & B during the recent selling of my late parents’ home. What was a daunting task for me having never been directly involved in selling a property, let alone ones family home, and having to do it without any other family support R & B guided me through the procedure from the initial meeting with Brian to the final correspondence from Tracy. All staff (Brian, Nick, Michelle, Cheryl, Olivia, Alice and Tracey) that I had dealings with were professional and took time to treat you as an individual. Communication was good and I was never left out of the loop. Thank you all and I have no hesitation in recommending R & B to future sellers/buyers.

GoogleI recently purchased a property from Russell and Butler. The whole experience was made to feel like breath of fresh air. I dealt with delightful lady namely Tracey Steventon who salvaged almost abortive purchase by her strong communication skills who communicated relentlessly between all interested parties. Having dealt with estate agents for last 15 years, I can categorically say that, had it been other agent whom I dealt with in past, this purchase would have perished and had it not been due to Tracey's intervention. I have no hesitation recommending Russel and Butler.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend more highly! The whole team have handled our sale with positivity and professionalism every step of the way. They were extremely quick getting it on the market within our tight timescales, and supported all of our requests to showcase our property just the way we wanted. Nick Butler is very down to earth and reliable, and Laura their photographer is very personable and spot on with the the photos. Chose them over another local estate agent which was absolutely the right decision.

GoogleThe team at R&B are exceptional, I am a landlord myself and I only wish the letting agents I have used were 1/2 as good. They use an online tool for issues and responded immediately, with various trades people already oncall/onhand. I was in a predicament wanting a short term let with small pets (whilst awaiting a purchase) and they found me a property straight away. Strongly recommend them,Interfaced with all the agents within a 50 mile radius and this team stuck out by miles.

GoogleMy experience with Russell and Buttler agency was so wonderful, at my first phone call Matthew listened to me and being empathetic meant a lot. Next day we just travelled for 45 minutes to see this gorgeous flat and we felt in love with Buckingham and kept saying this to him and he was looking to us like he knew it will be ours. Next day we had out confirmation, landlord was happy with us and we finally could dream of our on place our cosy apartment and for our son to have his own room. They are making dreams come true. And from there everything went so smoothly Debbie si is an angel helping out with any silly questions i had and so so much patience. This agency is so familiar and involved with they’re costumers! There are out there lots of them but these are special! I am so so glad i met them and being part fo their success. Regards Cynthia

I had to sell a family home in Buckingham remotely. The minute I met with the team I was impressed. Sold within a day but the more important work is done behind the scenes with their sales advancement team. Council, buyers, solicitors, deeds, certificates etc. can slow things down. This team keeps the deal moving. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would.

I rented a 1 bedroom property through Russell and Butler with my partner. If we hadn't of had our son then we would of stayed there. They are an excellent estate agents, from start to finish they have all been very helpful. A few names I would like to mention are Stephanie, Rachel, Debbie and Matthew. GoogleI rarely leave reviews but in this instance I just wanted to express my thanks. We rented a bungalow through Russell & Butler when we were between homes for just over a year. From first meeting Matt at initial viewing to final checkout with Annette/Debbie the process has been great. We know R&B are acting on behalf of the landlord but we have always felt they are also on your side. If you have any problems with property they are very easy to report via the portal and issues are resolved quickly. It’s great dealing with a small agent as we had a couple of delays with our house purchase. GoogleRussell and Butler are very professional, and helpful, and kept in touch and chased my sale weekly, and towards the end, daily to ensure exchange and completion as soon as possible. They work as an excellent team, so if a member of staff is away I will have a replacement contact to speak to for any enquiry. I have used Russell and Butler many times over 25 years for various family house sales and purchases and always had an excellent rapport with them - they work very well as a team, Tracey Steventon and Nick both chased the sale very efficiently.
