GoogleI am part of the referencing company that Leaders use to move their tenants into their new homes and I have to say that Collette is very passionate and driven in what she does. She will always drop us a phone call and make sure we are on it!! I am sure that any tenant who uses Leaders Buckingham will have a positive experience in what can be a stressful time in anyone's life. Collette is a credit to the lettings industry.

GoogleExcellent service from Claudia and the team at Leaders Buckingham. Needed a place urgently, searched all over but no one could assure me of a faster service; until I met Claudia who showed me the perfect property and assured me of a super fast application. Indeed they delivered just like I was promised. Moreover, every form was filled online and was such a good way to avoid lots of paperworks; it was easy to fill and very understandable. Have moved into my new apartment and I'm enjoying the place already. Thanks a lot Team Leaders. Keep up the good works, and will always recommend Leaders to family and friends.

GoogleMe and my partner were interested in buying one of their properties. We contacted them multiple times and finally managed to book a date for the visit. They told us they would contact us back to confirm the date. We never heard of them, even after chasing them everyday. I had to book time off work for this. Terribly disappointing and proving they show very little interest for their clients if they are not buying something that would give them a big commission.

GoogleIt's the worst property agent, they are racist and discriminating. They refuse consistently to show me houses when I can see them available for months on end , the owners even reduce the prices but they just refuse to give me service. If you are an owner and / or considering to work with these unethical people I warn you

GoogleTerrific service from Lucie. I saw a flat to rent in Towcester late Thursday afternoon and called the office. I spoke with Lucie before the office closed, arranged a viewing for Friday afternoon and everything completed by Saturday morning! I was so impressed with the fantastic service and think Lucie is amazing. I told her I wanted to give her a hug! Thank you Leaders.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I can offer the following feedback about Leaders: They always replied to all my queries promptly and the process was very straight forward. My feedback for Leaders would be that I wasn't updated regarding the sellers position (in terms of their part of the chain situation) as frequently as I had hoped and towards the end they were frequently checking on me to keep me on my toes, which felt a bit too much given that the only thing left was in the hands of the solicitors. Overall a good experience though, they've been very kind throughout the entire process.
