Excellent service from Leaders Buckingham as a company but the stand out people for me were Lauren who from the start of the process to moving in was always on hand for any queries or concerns. Very polite, knowledgable of the property/surrounding area and always a smile. Shannon also was always a great help If Lauren wasn't available to take my call and probably had to deal with more of my stranger queries. Very profressional and friendly team, always respond straight away within a few minutes. Our viewing was carried out by Shannon C and it was obvious she took the time to know the property inside and out and answered all of our questions about the property and the area and nearyby towns. This was especially good as it was also her first time at the property. Very prompt arrival on time given there was unusual traffic congestion in the area. Viewing was at the end of the day and she showed no signs of impatience and happy for us to take our time. She also brought our viewing forward a day as she had a cancellation which shows good planning from them and earlier viewings are obviously important! Shannon has also assisted us in the main process and given advice when needed. Their systems are automated and efficient and they provide a number of other beneficial services including no deposit rent option. Very happy to recommend this estate agency.
