I recently spoke to Collette in regards to a property my family wanted to rent. Collette was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to find a time to accomodate what work for us given we didn't live local to the propoerty. Collette's attention to detail was amazing and she remembered all the small things/details we discussed in regards to the property and about myself personally. Renting in the town I live has been a nightmare because every property suitable for a small family gets snapped up instantly - in most instances within hours of listing leaving no time for viewing to ensure a property is safe for my young child. Fortunately, after calling within the hour of the property being listed, Leaders allowed me to take the time to view the property before allowing it to be rented out, and we decided to take it. The process from then on was smooth and simple, with regular contact from Leaders and Lucie, the agent we were working with. And if we had questions they were normally answered within a day. Lucie was reassuring throughout and handled the pandemic in a way that I felt my family were safe. I've moved 7 times in the last 6 years for various reasons, and this has been one of the smoothest transitions I've had in that period.

I wanted to highlight the professionalism in how you have dealt with the letting of our property. As a non UK resident, Karl and his team have proven to be extremely knowledgeable of the letting process and rental potential within Buckingham. Leaders provided detailed valuations on rental based on similar properties in close proximity and were at hand to provide guidance. Within 48 hours of me purchasing the property Karl had secured viewings and a tenant, as a seasoned landlord this is a record. Email correspondence and telephones are all professional, they have a network of builders that can complete work at a competitive rate. For any landlord requiring a letting agent they are the best I’ve dealt with to date.

Worst of all the types of services i had ever bern provided. Staff genuinely doesnt care if u have any issues with property that have to be fixed by a landlord, they just start wasting time. Carl Yowens is an ecample of a rude useless worker (who brought an invoice (which was 2 weeks due in) literally to my door, shouting that ot was overdue, called me chap, when i later tried to highlight the issues about the poor noise and heat insulation in my property (its impossible to maintain the ground floor heated in winter), he asked me why had i not moved out, instead of asking what they could do to sort the issues out. How can they be having almost five starts if some of the staff is literally doing the opposite of their job, suggesting i shpuld move out? And when they actually do deal with the issues, usually takes them at least 6 weeks to arrange for a contractor to come visit. Dont think they even deserve 1 star.
