As a first time mover I had no idea how the moving experience worked and leaders thought they would take us for a ride and steal everything they could. We dealt with Claudia who was very unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed rent properties to people. Avoid leaders at all costs should be called liars.

We are so happy that we found Leaders. We knew we found the right Letting Agents from the very first call. Collette knew right away what we were looking for and with her guidance she made our search very easy. Collette was very friendly, informative and a very knowledgeable agent, who answered all of our questions big or small with candor. She was very helpful, patient and very efficient. My faith in Estate Agents has been fully restored recently by the fantastic team at Leaders in Buckingham. The team that sold my mum's house, namely Steph and Paul, were from start to finish very professional, friendly and very helpful but most importantly honest! They explained the process of selling the property fully, but in terms that were easily understood by myself and kept me updated on a regular basis. The sale was a bit bumpy in places (no fault of theirs), but they went out of their way to smooth things over and reassure me. Brilliant, honest sales team, thank you!

It was swift and the property was secured in a couple of days. I found leaders, in particular Claudia to be extremely helpful and made my move into the property very easy, everything was dealt with online or via email which as I travel a lot was ideal for my, my only problem was that I could not complete the inventory list for any faults/marks etc, however this was not a problem as I completed it manually, I can't comment on the leaving process as others have but if yiu maintain the property in the condition you move in then there should not be an issue, I would very much recommend them.
