The branch manager was proactive and has helped us (tenants) push an ongoing maintenance issue forward towards resolution that was continuously being ignored and mis-managed by the MK branch/property maintenance team for almost a year. He didn't have to get involved as the Buckingham branch doesn't manage property maintenance but it's nice to see someone took ownership to try and help resolve an issue that was managed by another department.

I am moving with Leaders this month and I just wanted to say they have been outstanding from the offset; very efficient, fast to organise and resolve all the tenancy agreements and I concluded the whole process in just over a week. They sped it up for me knowing time was of the essence; were 💯 professional and extremely polite to deal with. A breath of fresh air after dealing with other agencies; would thoroughly recommend their proactive letting service.

Got to give them 12/10. Absolutely brilliant. I signed off the photos and advertising at 10.30am. At 11.45 I was informed there was to be a viewing at 4pm. At 5.20pm I was told that the asking price had been offered. It couldn’t have been any better.

The best thing about the company was that they use doccusign for all of their documents. This was really easy to use and we only had to go into the office to pick up the keys. I purchased my house through Leaders, Buckingham. Amazing service from Lia and Paul who supported and assisted me every step of the way. I've bought a few homes in my time, but never felt this supported as the non-fee paying buyer. They always responded within the day / more often than not within the hour to my call or email, fully gave me an update, gave me access to the property before I owned it if I needed to investigate anything, and pursued the legal team if there was any slow progress. My 6-year-old daughter was lucky enough to win the recent Lego house building competition run by Leaders. Towards the end of home schooling, we needed something to motivate her and entertain her while we worked. This was the perfect challenge - winning was a wonderful bonus! During lockdown, I noticed that Leaders’ staff members were giving up time to help others locally. Having now met some of the staff, I am not surprised. They were incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my daughter and went out of their way to encourage her. It’s fantastic to have such a community minded business in Buckingham, thank you.

We had some trouble with our last letting agents and they was very unprofessional and offered no support what so ever. So we seen a house to rent and rang the agents which was leaders they was so helpful and we viewed the property the same day and accepted the rent it. We moved in and ever since we have had a really good experience when ever we have a problem or need repairs we just email and get a response the same day and something is always arranged.
