I have recently seperated from my wife , and need somewhere to live , I enquried about this certain property, I was given a viewing time to meet , so on the day I sat outside the property with my young daughter , collette arrived and met us at my car I was put at ease straight away she introduced herself to me and my daughter, then showed us around the property, I've never been in this position before and collette picked up on that which made the viewing so much easier, collette is very professional at her job and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a property. I have been fortunate to have experienced a level of service by Lia Parker from Leaders that far exceeds that I which I would expect, the three words that I would use to describe her, Knowledgeable, Credible and Professional. At each encounter Lia has surpassed my expectations, from coming up with a solution to an existing problem, to following up on feedback, her level of customer service is exemplary to say the least. Having read the reviews for Leaders and knowing they have a wide coverage of my area, I chose them to market my home for rent. Collette came out and was confident she could find the right tenants and, indeed, she certainly did in a very short space of time. The inventory is the best I have ever seen and covered every inch of the property and included meter readings and all the usual details that are important in letting. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I cannot fault any aspect of the process. Thank you Leaders!

So much to say. Not enough time. Unprofessional (at times) Staff. Leaders stated this property has central heating. It does not! Moved into a filthy house. Rushed me to sign paperwork (terms), so I didn't have time to read, now they're demanding a payment for some kind of rent renewal. Took WAY TOO LONG to get the keys. Didn't tell me I needed a guarantor until I already agreed to move in. Sooo much more, but I do not have the time or energy!

Both my sons are in the stages of purchasing their own home it has been some years since I was involved in the intricacies of house buying and what is now required. You try and advise your kids the best you can but you are always weary of someone taking advantage of their lack of knowledge. That’s where Leaders Estate Agents in Buckingham stood out. A friend recommended them to me. I visited their premises in Buckingham and I spoke to the manager named Paul I informed him of the background of both my lads and eventhough I was not selling or buying from him he was able to impart such sound advise which has helped the lads immensely with no charge I had never heard of Leaders Estate Agents but the man I spoke to was a true professional with a wealth of knowledge and so helpful.

Fantastic Service! Leaders are great at providing different options to their tenants such as their varying deposit schemes which is hard to come by. I am tremendously grateful for the support, advice and genuine care I have received from Collette, the letting agent I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have had a very professional but also, very personal experience the whole way through.
