GoogleClaire Niesyto since we contact Alexander in Buckingham was really helpful and friendly. We visit a few properties and help during the reservation process while we were in Spain. With her help we were able to settle very fast, without any issues. All went smooth and well. Thank you Claire for all your support. We really recommend Alexander & Co Buckingham.

GoogleMy father in law arranged to view a property today. It was arranged 3 days ago and the estate agents knew they would be travelling 200 miles to view the property. At 9:30am (1hour before the viewing) they rang to say that the viewing was cancelled as the house was now sold. Incredibly unprofessional and very poor communication, a phone call the night before to let them know would have been fairer. Shame to lose out on no chain cash buyers. As I live in Buckingham, I will not be recommending this estate agents to anyone.NegativeProfessionalism
Many thanks for your feedback, no matter how positive or negative it is, we appreciate it. I'm sorry to hear that you've have had a bad experience with ourselves. Unfortunately, the vendor of the property decided to accept the offer that had just been put forward to him and asked us to cancel the other viewings. He was aware that it was short notice, but he is very Covid cautious and wanted to minimise the risk. As we are working for the vendor, we had no choice but to cancel the viewing at short notice, as he requested. We pride ourselves on our customer service so I’m very sorry for your inconvenience and wasted journey, I’m hoping that we can make it up to you with any similar properties that become available in the near future.

GoogleI used to use Ella Lettings and since Alexander and Co have taken over have dealt with Frida. We have recently needed a new boiler and gas hob installed at our rental property. A quote was obtained quickly and the works then carried out-all arranged by Frida. A very efficient service and prompt email communication

GoogleI am beyond impressed with this company. I’ve been living in a property, looked after by this company for over 3 years now, and haven’t experienced a single issue with their helpful staff. On the contrary, they’ve always been helpful and kind, listened to my problems and always were eager to find a good solution. Especially I would like to mention Scarlett Wilkinson, who is my property manager, and who is an incredible person. I always feel like I can rely on her if anything happens.
