GoogleFantastic! We are delighted with the efficient, professional and effective marketing of our property. From instruction to completion in about five weeks it’s been the easiest sale ever. Peter and Ken were across every detail and guided it through with minimum involvement from us. Highly recommended .

GoogleAlexander and Co helped me throughout a very long sale process - which had lots of obstacles and challenges to be overcome - they were friendly, patient, and above all proactive - I would particularly like to acknowledge Jill who was the progress chaser in the final stages - she was really exceptional and stood out head and shoulders above the other agents in the chain - she really CHASED progress - not just reported on it - I honestly don't think we could have got things over the line before the stamp duty cut off without her - so she single handedly saved big sums for everyone in a complex chain - if you're selling in Buckingham I thoroughly recommend Alexander and Co!!!

GoogleHighly impressive service and very friendly staff. Barely 32h from offer to fully paid rental contract! Charlotte, Mark and the rest of the team worked exceptionally efficiently to get this done so fast for us so that we could move in before our new job started. Thankyou very much to everyone involved in the process.

GoogleSince our property switched to being managed by Alexander & Co, we've had a really positive experience as tenants - they have a really effective system for managing maintenance issues, which are always dealt with promptly. Communication is excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In particular we really like the fact that we always get to deal with the same person, Sarah, who is always friendly, professional and highly efficient.

GoogleJust wanted to say how impressed we have been by the service offered by Frida Tevesz-Harmse. We have had a few issues recently with a rental property and Frida has dealt with them very quickly and efficiently. It certainly makes renting out properties less stressful when you know everything will be dealt with promptly. Frida always has a friendly manner, is very empathetic and this makes doing business very easy.

GoogleWithout a shadow of a doubt, Apple homes are by far the best estate agent out there. Ken & Peter dealt with the sale of my property and I cannot fault a single thing. They are professional, listen and take time to make sure the job is done. Nothing is ever a problem and as this was the first time I have ever sold a property, I can honestly say I made the right choice to go with them. There experience is second to none and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe've just bought a home through Apple and have never experienced estate agency service like it. Michael, who we dealt with initially, was friendly and helpful at viewings, Peter again was always helpful and approachable. Finally, Ken's service of keeping buyer and seller in touch with each other throughout and almost a "project management" view over the entire process, was just fantastic. Unprecedented service that is just above and beyond the norm. Consequently, we're confident in putting my partner's flat in their hands to sell or manage as a letting.
