GoogleI was very impressed with everyone at Alexander and Co, including Peter, Stacey and Jill. They went above and beyond to get an amazing price on my property when all other agents went for an easy win price. Jill’s help with the sale was invaluable and sped the process up and took all the stress away! She was always more than happy to help and explain any barriers which occurred!

My recent experience with a tenancy renewal were excellent, with Scarlett W at the Buckingham office going above and beyond to successfully facilitate negotiations and help to achieve a great win win for both parties. As a landlord the support offered by A&Co provides a distinct feeling of security, knowing that all the legal and procedural bases are covered, and quickly filling properties in the event of tenants moving on.

GoogleI would highly recommend Alexander & Co. We bought our property through them a few years ago and have just sold the same house through them. Our house went on the market on Friday evening and sold on the Saturday morning, achieving the asking price. Peter stood out to us out of the 3 agents we had round to value the house - we felt straight away that we could trust him. Stacy did the viewing that sold our house and was also a pleasure to deal with. Once sold, we were passed over to sales progressor, Jill, who made the process as stress free as possible. Her knowledge and experience meant that we could turn to her at any stage for support or advice. A complete professional throughout. We are so grateful to the whole team for getting our sale through in just 7 weeks (with Christmas in between!) I would highly recommend Alexander & Co. Having a dedicated sales progressor is invaluable, as we learned by buying through an agent that doesn't have one. Thank you to the whole A&Co team!

GoogleI had a landlord query on a Saturday that I felt I could not wait until Monday for a response - it was important to me to seek further clarification. I rang the number for Aylesbury, and was asked to leave a message. Within minutes Frida (Buckingham branch) rang me back. Frida clearly explained the process with the tenant's deposit scheme, and quickly grasped my situation, and was able to provide three simple steps that needed to take place on Monday. Straight away Frida emailed me a confirmation of my phone call, copying in my Property Manager. To be honest, I didn't expect any response over the weekend, so it was very unexpected to not only receive a call, but from a unrelated team member who took responsibility, provided knowledgeable and confident responses over the phone and backed that up in writing (email). Frida enabled me to enjoy my weekend, and know that everything was in safe hands. For me, that has reinforced why I have been working with Alexander and Co for the past eight years!

GoogleIf you are looking to sell, it has to be Alexander and Co. Not only is every member of the team professional, empathetic and willing to help, using Alexander and co is like having 3 estate agents selling your home. We had viewings from all 3 of their local offices including 2 full open events on our property meaning we got a great price for our home. The after service has also been brilliant making them a great all rounder.

GoogleA brilliant experience from start to finish. Starting with Peter who was fantastic at helping me get my offer on the house across the finish line and accepted by the seller. I think he was as excited as me when he shared the news that it had been accepted! Ending with Jill who took over and was my point of contact for the time it's taken to get to the exchange/completion stage. She kept on top of everything and kept me fully informed - plus she dealt with my incessant phone calls and emails with amazing grace :-) Communication from both was second to none and I couldn't recommend them more - if you're looking for an estate agent who cares and wants you to get your dream home then these two were the dream team.
