GoogleI purchased a property with Petty. The staff were fantastic and I received outstanding support - all they eat until I completed. I requested to visit the purchase property on a few occasions and this was never an issue with the team at Petty. The gift when I went to collect the keys was a nice surprise.

GoogleWhatever you do: DO NOT use this estate agent. They leased me a flat for my 80 year old disabled father with no working intercom, no working fobs and no opportunity for a lockbox, meaning he would have been completely isolated and have no way of getting any care or support. The staff lied about what they’d said and were unbelievably unhelpful. They left my dad homeless and me several thousand pounds out of pocket through deceit. I am taking legal action and URGE you not to use them.

FacebookAbsolutely incorrect agency and fraudsters . We have waited so many weeks for referencing check but no one completed it because of their service and now when I want my deposit back they said that this is my fault. This behaviour about their side is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Do not use that agency because they only know to take people’s money and then don’t do their responsibilities properly and then blame the people and pretend that they are perfect with the service!!

GooglePetty's acted for our seller so had no client obligations to us. However they treated us fairly and pragmatically. We had a very difficult completion process and pettys was very good about it through the whole thing. If we ever want to sell our house we will definitely use Petty's.
Like all estate agents we work for our sellers to ensure they receive a fantastic service every time, but equally we feel strongly about providing an outstanding experience for our buyers as they are just as important in the sales process! It's so lovely to hear you were happy with the service we provided and we hope to see you again if you need us.

GoogleHaving bought and sold several properties, I can truly say this outfit are the worst in all regards. Communication is terrible, and having had the funds in place and made an offer, we discovered the owner had not been informed. They force you to speak to their mortgage broker (even if you make clear you have your own in place) who is misinformed and provides poor advice. They have neither the best interest of the seller or the buyer in mind. Avoid selling through (or buying with if possible!) at all costs.
