GoogleWe were recommended to use Pettyson by many people. We have certainly not been disappointed. Pamela came to to value the property and she had lots of information and advice to give us. We signed the agreement and scheduled for the house to be put for sale the following week. Pictures were taken promptly and the house went for sale within days. We had many visits and they kept us updated on a regular basis up to the completion date. We would like to thank all the team especially Faye, Francesca, Danny, Pamela & Elaine for all their help!

GoogleWe have been looking to purchase a property in the Wanstead area for over a year and throughout the process we have dealt with Petty’s Estate agents on a number of occasions. Petty representatives are always extremely professional and happy to go above and beyond to answer any questions and solve any issues to make the process as transparent and easy as possible. It has been a really busy and challenging time recently and Petty’s have navigated it very well. Richelle and Catherine deserve a special mention as they are always helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

GoogleWe employed Pettys to sell our flat in Wanstead. We chose them because, despite there being loads of agents in the area, we knew they sell a lot of properties. Having now dealt with other agents with onward purchases we understand why. Pam and the team gave us an accurate valuation, coordinated an open day, communicated the multiple offers and kept in touch all the way through with solid advice. A special mention should go to Elaine, who progressed the sale; she was relentlessly efficient and I think us and our buyers were highly impressed. Well done Pettys- we'd happily recommend the company.

We recently used Pettys to rent out our house in Leytonstone and we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. Unlike many other agents in the area who we found aggressive and pushy, Pettys were the opposite. They were very professional and made us feel very comfortable about renting out our home. They made the process as stress free for us as possible and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for renting out or selling our house.

They made sure we only got serious buyers through the door and the communication and selling process was good. As an independent outfit you get an efficient, personal and very personable service. GoogleI have just purchased a property through Pettyson and Prestwich and the team were very accommodating for access arrangements. As the property needed some work I visited on a number of occasions with builders and was never made to feel this was an issue.
It's incredibly important to visit a property during the purchase process to ensure you are happy with what you are purchasing, and this can be even more true when work is required. It's our pleasure to have accommodated your visits Sarah & good luck with the work- it will be worth it in the long run.....it always is!

GooglePettyson were the acting agents for a property we were buying. The team were great - very friendly and responsive. They were helpful and honest when showing us round properties for viewings. We had some issues with our buyer which delayed things and they were accomodating of this but also proactive on chasing relevant parties to help move the process along. Very pleased and a good local estate agent.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Petty's for 12 years and have found them to fantastic landlords agents. They have caused me no anxiety whatsoever. They have never been pushy, have always put my case fairly to the landlord, and have been very flexible in all their dealings with me. Anyone choosing between properties at different estate angents should factor in a much easier, stress free life with Petty's.

GoogleThere are a number of estate agents near to each other on the high street, went and saw all of them when looking to sell our house and was most impressed with PSP. They produced a magnificent brochure of our house, the photography was amazing. Arranged viewings, always helpful, professional and polite. Achieved the sale we were looking for, and at a very good fee. Fantastic.
