GoogleWe were very happy indeed with PSP; during the valuation it was obvious that the agent had in-depth and fine-grained local knowledge of the market in our area. PSP then quickly produced very high quality marketing materials (brochures and online) and quickly arranged a large number of viewings. We sold the house for a price we were very happy with in about 3 weeks. PSP provided excellent advice and assistance throughout. I recommended them very highly.

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase via PS&P -- and walked away highly impressed. Throughout the sale no matter who we spoke to they were able to pick up and respond to our queries. You could tell they really cared. They were understanding, professional and helped with negotiations at every step. If it wasn't for them, I don't think we would have completed our purchase.

I decided to use them as they are an independent estate agent and as they are also local, know the Wanstead area extremely well. All the staff are extremely professional, competent and friendly. At all the different stages of the process they were on hand to give advice and any help that was required.

GoogleWe (Dana and Tim) rented a property short term via Petty Son. They have a good, online system which makes setting everything up and paying rent quick and easy, but staff members were also always available on the phone or on email if needed. They responded well to maintenance issues and were super fast returning our deposit. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

A process which was relatively tricky with our purchasers was handled exceptionally well, they gave great advice & support throughout. Competitive rates, lovely people and a smooth & easy process!

GoogleI'd recommend anyone trying to rent to stay clear. Miscommunication at its finest and office staff who try to speak over you when you've caught on that they are indeed not telling the truth. 1.Viewed a property late during the day and was told specifically no more viewings (this was a saturday) 2. Immediately submitted an offer 3. Told that no other offers had been submitted 4. Told I would get a response by Monday and no other viewings taking place 5. Chased on Monday to be told landlords on holiday and only back Tuesday 6.Tuesday morning property no longer in the website and told an offer had already been accepted As a new mom with a baby seeking a decent ground floor flat I was exciting to proceed. I almost didn't go through with another flat and glad I kept options open. Very misleading. What followed after was just waffling through by the agents trying to convince me otherwise. Perhaps we weren't ideal because of other external reasons which begs the question whether this is truly a fair company. Stay clear.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
