GoogleI was a tenant of a property managed by Petty Son for 4 years and have zero complaints about how they manage tenancies. They are supportive, communicative, and have great digital tools in place to report any issues or repairs needed. Felt they always presented the landlords perspective with understanding of ours, and helped resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Particular thanks to Zoe for all her help. Would recommend renting a Petty Son managed property to anyone.

GoogleThanks to the amazing staff at Pettys, our house sale was problem free. Catherine Bransgrove is a lovely person, very professional and straightforward, with realistic expectations of how much our house might go for, and she set the tone for the excellent service we received from all the staff. The people who showed our property to prospective purchasers were reassuring and prompt. Once we found a buyer, even though we were in a huge chain, the completions team were tenacious and reliable, working well with our solicitor. All we had to do was be patient and everything was taken care of. If you want proper, old-fashioned, dependable and honest service from professionals who know the local area, you can do no better than Pettys.

The head of sales’ assessment of the property value held to the end as the purchase price. My need for privacy was respected throughout and any hiccups were handled very well by the team. My entire experience dealing with Petty Son has been a true pleasure, from discussing the property marketing to agreeing the sale of my property. Both Cathrine and Greg from the Sales team have been extremely professional and helpful, that we had no doubt that we could place our trust in them. During the inactive market times, the waiting time to agree to a sale can be daunting, but the timely communication from Petty Son really ensured that everything is under control and was being progressed to our expectation. I am extremely pleased that Petty Son found me the perfect buyer and have done a great job to follow through as the sales progress. If you are looking for a professional estate agent in this area, I have no hesitation to recommend Catherine and Greg as well as the Petty Son team!

GooglePetty’s are undoubtedly the best estate agents we have ever used. This is our fifth move over the last 25 years and their service is unparalleled. From our first meeting with Catherine where she outlined the process, valuation and likely price we would achieve right the way through to exchange, the team (Catherine, Kinga, Elaine and Janine) have been fantastic offering a seamless high quality service. Big thanks to Janine in particular who guided us through the deal closing process.

GooglePetty were responsive and efficient throughout the (somewhat lengthy) sale of our property. Greg valued our property and found him to be enthusiastic with a wealth of knowledge. Janine and Elaine were excellent, professional and helped to move the transaction along. I would highly recommend working with the team at Petty to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe bought a place advertised by Petty’s. The agents were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. There were some delays due to our part of the chain on exchange and completion and they did a really good job keeping everyone informed and making sure exchange and completion went smoothly! Would recommend them

GoogleHad a trouble whilst buying my flat but Janine and Elaine were fantastic help keeping me updated and chasing everything necessary to get it done on time. Also when first looking they were great to talk to and also able to squeeze in an extra viewing for the same day and overall a great help Great help and will likely use them again.

GoogleWARNING!!!: FOR ALL HOME OWNERS!!! If you are looking for agency to sell your home then would strongly recommend to continue your search instead of choosing Petty Sons. I am not quite sure how they have so many good reviews. Maybe fake? Regardless, as per our own personal experience they are one of the worst estate agents we have ever dealt with for over 15 years of living in London. We bought our home through them but that's only because we loved the area and the house we wanted to buy. I would particularly call out Elaine for being someone who is extremely patronising, pressuring and almost bullying in the whole process. As perspective buyers we were given threats of the owner wishing to pull out from the process but when we started communicating directly to the owners we found them the nicest individuals who understood our situation. My girlfriend received several upsetting phone calls when she was at work. If we didn't like the property so much then we would have pulled out to avoid dealing with such agency. Wanstead is a great location so most of the properties will sell themselves as long as the price is right. You would be better off selling it yourself online instead of relying on Petty Sons.

GoogleWe used pettyson when selling our property and cannot reccomend them enough. They made the experience hassle free and straight forward. The warm friendly team went the extra mile to make us feel valued. They were fantastic at prompt replys and call backs and kept us totally up to date with everything. Everything was laid out in the beginning with no hidden extras and the feeling that they had the clients best interests at heart really came through. Overall we had a great experience with their no nonsense approach!

GooglePettys helped us with the sale of our house and we were greatly impressed right from the start with their approachable friendly manner and also with their professionalism and expertise from initial consultation through to final contract. The whole team worked so well together and with us at every step. Their local knowledge and in particular their enthusiasm and feel for our Edwardian property was very pleasing and the photos taken by Danny were lovely.

She was in tune with the family dynamics, knew Wanstead real estate, and became a true trusted partner throughout the process. Petty work as a team, we touched with Francesca, Elaine, Jenny and Fay, it was smooth and seamless. Great communication. These guys know Wanstead! GoogleWe can highly recommend Pettyson and Prestwich. They were invaluable in making our sale and purchase as smooth as possible and our whole process was completed in less than 3 months! They are highly regarded in Wanstead and will certainly be our first point of call should we require an estate agent in the future.

GoogleThere is a good reason why you see so many blue PS&P For Sale signs in the Wanstead/Aldersbrook (and beyond) area! We were purchasing a house last year in Aldersbrook and PS&P were the selling agent. Every time we spoke to them they were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. If we ever decide to sell our house, I am sure PS&P will be the first agents we call.

We sold and bought through Petty’s in January 2018 and the team ensured that both transactions went through smoothly. They are meticulous with all their processes - check in, inspections, maintenance issues, contract renewals, check out - to the benefit of both sides. Everything is properly checked and clearly documented.
