My wife and I bought a house that was being marketed by Pettyson & Prestwich on behalf of the seller. A very pleasant experience with the staff who were always helpful and made the journey to getting our new home as comfortable as possible. Pettyson had a good relationship with the sellers who turned out to be very nice people and we will be keeping in touch them as well. Thanks for your help on this!

GoogleLack of good customer service. Continously had to follow up for responses and appointments. On one occasion,we were told that they would have called us back immediately, however no response. After putting an offer for a property, had to follow up more than once just to know that our offer was rejected. Scarce communication and responsiveness, in times where people are moving out of necessity. AVOID for rentals.

GoogleVery positive experience renting a flat through Petty son and would definitely recommend them. The few maintenance issues were solved very quickly, check in and out were very professional and their fees are surprisingly very reasonable.
Our lettings team are so please your experience of letting a property through us was so fantastic and that any maintenance issues were solved quickly - if you ever need us again you know where we are :-)

Googlevery bad experience with renting an apartment in this agency the flat was dirty, moldy agency did not want to send her cleaning or to remove dirt I have very bad experience service is unpleasant
We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience with us. You reported to us that you were unhappy with the clean at the rental property you recently moved into. The washing machine had been removed after the clean and therefore the empty space left had been missed. We offered for the cleaning company to return to attend to the minor cleaning issues reported. You have stated that we were not willing to send back the cleaners but as you know that was the not the case, unfortunately you refused their return and wanted your own cleaning company to attend and charge this to the landlord. We always follow good practice guidelines and in this case the only fair option was to give the original cleaning company the opportunity to return to make good. Once you moved into the property there was a maintenance issue reported that we dealt with immediately. A negative review is very rare for us and therefore hope moving forward you will be happy and comfortable in your new home

GoogleAvoid. Sent 3 separate enquiries about a property I was interested and all 3 were ignored. Never received any follow up at all. Appreciate some properties are snapped up quickly, but a simple courtesy call/e-mail letting me know wouldn't be too much to ask for. Never dealt with a business before who think completely ignoring potential clients is a suitable service proposition.
