*Mansfield*Do not rent from these, or do not use them as property managers.All the 5* reviews are from people who sold their properties for overpriced figures, course they're going to be happy. - If you're a renter this applies to you.If I could give a lower rating I would.I was renting a property since Nov 2019, I had complained about one window in the master bedroom since the viewing that there was a high volume of noise coming through and wind, as the panel was broken and wouldn't shut properly, this came under a concern to environmental health, you could smell the traffic and even hear customers order their pizza from dominoes across the road. I was informed this would be fixed on the day of viewing verbally by a man called Jordan.3 years on, taking my money, hundreds of e-mails later, nothing was done and that room had to be abandoned, so in other words I rented a 1 bedroom for the price of 2. I was led on by false hopes, saying "windows are ready we are sending someone" and nobody ever turned up. It was all a lie.The shower didn't work for 3 years either, the water pressure was not right and nobody ever looked into it for me, cold showers for 3 years?Just before Christmas this year going into 2023 a day after paying that months rent I received an unexpected notice to leave within 2 months, no answer to any reason why.They didn't pay the remaining deposit and added unauthorised charges onto the account claiming for "damages in the house" which certainly is not comparable to the poor windows.The most hilarious thing is, I drive past the house and the windows were installed 1 month after I left. Why was this not sorted for 3 years?The landlord turned up to the property demanding rent for the last month (which I let them take £525 out of the £605 deposit anyway) he snatched my mothers phone out her hand and demanded my telephone number and kept calling me from withheld and harassing me and my family while they were trying to help me move my stuff. - I was harassed by constant quarterly visits that were targeted just to me, this was evident as I knew another tenant renting from these people. - landlord refused to put his issues in writing knowing that I could take that to the tribunal.Landlord Mike Cokrill, Property 50 Leeming lane south.Do not rent from these people no matter how desperate you are, you will get ripped off and ignored as long as they take your money.Now sit back and read the snide and unprofessional response I get followed by many others in the past.Poorly managed organisation.

Awaiting a refund and no response.

Very poor service from Lichfield branch. Still waiting for a holding fee refund after receiving none of the follow up forms to sign or fill in. Terrible communications with agent never being available to speak to and replies to emails extremely sporadic..obviously I have a full paper trail. Didn't want to go down the route of leaving a poor review but I'm at a loss at this point as I'm getting nowhere in trying to discuss the matter.

My experience as a buyer was amazing with Newton and Fallowell. I was regularly emailing estate agents as we were looking for a particular build, in a particular area and budget. I emailed Newton and Fallowell and a response from Kayrn advising me of a new instruction due to the market - it was everything we were looking for! We were able to view the house before it went into the market and our offer was accepted! Kayrn's communication throughout the whole process was amazing and guided us through the process. bought a house from them. they claimed they had the keys. when i went to their office to collect them ( a visit made by appointment) the keys were not there. almost a month later i have no keys. I cant get into their office- it is 200 miles away from me- and they refuse to leave the keys at the property or to post them.said its not their probem. completely shameful bunch at brigg, lincs. avoid at alll costs.

Swadlincote branch are really bad

Swadlincote branch are really bad. They never call you back and have to constantly keep chasing them. Sally Whetton is the worst customer service rep I have ever come across, broken promises, tells lies and is untrustworthy.They advised me on a couple of things to do and I lost money on there recommendation! Terrible branch and would never recommend to anybody. Please avoid and take your business elsewhere. I would not even give these 1 star if I could as they are not even worth that.

Introduced our own buyer tonNF so they acted on our behalf at a greatly reduced fee. Initial appraisal with Zak was professional and informative. We were kept informed by office staff every step of the way. In fact, they gave us more info than our solicitor and chased buyers for us! Spoke with 3 different staff at the LFE office, all friendly, professional and very helpful. Would recommend to all want a good, honest, proactive estate agent.

Dont trust them

Just do not trust them as they will push you to every extent to buy property. I was dealing with Loughborough branch. I almost had withdrew from the property I was buying but they assured me that the transaction will be taken care and I won't have issue as the property was not registered and a probate property. But finally the delays and their false assurances helped me to withdraw (although I lost some money). At the end they won't take any responsibility and only blame you for your decisions that you made after trusting them.
