GoogleRecently bought my first property through the Big Estate Agency. The whole process was made particuarly painless through the guidance and service they gave. A particular thanks to Kate and Paul who were on the other end of the phone whenever I had a question / was chasing something up, I was never dismissed and they were always happy to help.

GoogleWe purchased a house very recently and went through the Big Estate Agency, Paul was very good in keeping us up to date with progress and tracking down information. The whole process was super smooth, you never get barraged with calls and are always available if you need to call. I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleHey anyone I looking for a prestige Estate Agent locally cannot speak highly enough of The Big Estate Agency they are such a dedicated team; they took away all the stress as I lost my buyer last week in less than a day they booked in 5 viewings & within 2 days potentially sold again🙌 🤞 …
These things happen sometimes Yvonne. It was a pleasure to be able to get things back on track for you.

GoogleWe received a very efficient service from Paul Delyth and the ladies in the office. The staff were very helpful and always very friendly and polite. We were kept up to date on how the sale was going and they dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. Great price too.
Susan & Nick, you were both great to work with. What a stunning house too. It was a pleasure to photograph!

GoogleBrilliant Estate Agency! We purchased a new build for our first house, so we were a little daunted by the process of having to sell our house and being in a chain this time around. The Big Estate Agency were fantastic and made the whole process stress free. Our house sold before it even went on to Right Move. Down to earth people, happy to take the time to explain things to you and always keep you informed. Delyth and Paul in particular were amazing. Thank you!

GoogleI'm not on Facebook, so I couldn't access the listing I was interested in. Just waited until it went on Rightmove, which was so much easier. They tend to overprice their properties to see if they get a bite!
Hi Graham, can you explain who you are and what property you couldn't access please? We have no record of an enquiry from you.

GoogleExcellent service from Delyth! First time I had to deal with them and I'm impressed! My booking for viewing the property was fast, processing and checking all my documents took no time at all and next thing I knew was that I could move into the house when I needed. Really helpful and always there for you. Would definitely be happy to rent another property in the future from the Big Estate Agency with no hesitation.

Google👎👎👎👎👎big estate the worst experience!! Liars! …
Hi Claudiu. I am really disappointed with this review. When a member of staff told you that they were out of the office, you didn't believe them because you received an email from them. This email was an 'out of office' automatic reply. Can you please remove this review as it is unfairly detrimental to our business?

GoogleDefinitely recommend to a friend family. Went out of there way to make it as stress free as possible. Liked the fact they took the client around the house. One less stress. Very friendly and helpful too. Would use again. Thank you
Thanks for your kind words Nicola. Very much appreciated!

GoogleFantastic service from Paul, Delyth & the team at Broughton. They made everything straightforward and kept us informed throughout the process. We sold our property and were in our new home within 3 months. We were very impressed with every aspect of their service both as a seller and a viewer.

GoogleWe would not hesitate to recommend The Big Estate Agency to anybody wishing to sell their home. Paul did not hang about getting our property on the market and then Delyth dealt with the viewings/offers and final sale brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble and not once did we have to chase for answers etc. When the time comes we will definitely use again. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GooglePoor experience of dealing with this estate agent, found Nicola to be particularly 2 faced and focused on getting more money out of the buyer probably for comission. Wouldn't recommend.
Good morning, can you please let me know who you are so that I can look into this? Am I correct to say that you were out bid on a house in Mold? Our job is to get the best deal for the vendor and in this case you were unfortunate to come up against a cash buyer. Nicola did a great job and was very professional in the process.

GoogleThis is a long overdue note of thanks for your involvement in selling our property. Your attention to detail during the whole marketing process was excellent. The property was marketed through Right Move as well as locally, and the accompanied visits that you undertook with potential buyers was a great service and included as standard, unlike some online agencies. This meant that that you were on hand to answer any questions from potential buyers and help maximise sale opportunities. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward sale turned out not to be the case, through no fault of yours. Without going into detail, please rest assured that we can’t thank you enough for the time and hard work you put in during the past 6 months following the sale. For these and many more reasons I would have no hesitation in recommending the Big Estate Agency to any of my friends, family or clients.
