GoogleFirst class service from Leaders. My wife and I have dealt with both Mitch & Ryan at the Bromsgrove branch and they have been superb. As a landlord it is important that you feel that you are leaving your property in safe hands and that the agent will find the the right tenants for the property. From our first conversations and meeting with Ryan to regular conversations and contact with Mitch we have always had peace of mind that our property is in good hands. From the moment that our property went to market, through the viewing phase and eventually the signing off of contracts, Mitch has remained in constant contact via phone and email so we have always been kept up to date with proceedings and developments. My wife and I demand the highest levels of service and neither Mitch or Ryan have disappointed.

GoogleThis company is a scam, my girlfriend rented a property through them, they told her, her deposit that she paid in good faith was none of their responsibility, the landlord then proceeded to take £300 for cleaning, when she spent 2 days cleaning before she left, and that place was spotless, like nobody has lived their, do not pay this company money, they do nothing but Rob more from you at the end of the tenancy. Rubbish service and shocking customer care.
