Hi there, we're sorry that you feel this way. We have looked into your case for you and have been informed by Ryan in branch that we passed on your reported maintenance issues to the landlord, as we are unable to instruct anything on their behalf. The landlord informed us that they would liaise with the contractor and we asked the contractor to call you regarding the issues. Unfortunately in this situation there is nothing more we can do as it is now with the landlord and contractor to resolve.
