I have had an awful 2020, having been a homeowner in Redditch for 15 years, I have been going through a marital separation and have been forced into selling. Having done this part I have had the task of finding a suitable rental property for at least the next 12 months. In stepped Mitch and Ellie at leaders in Bromsgrove who have both personally become very special people to me. I know they both have a job to do but the time and effort they have both put in to help me sort this has been amazing. The place I have found is hopefully going to be spot on, they've always been very professional with everything I've had to do with them and always very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and I know they are both fairly new to leaders but I wouldn't have known this if they hadn't said. I have found Mahema extremely efficient since she joined the Leaders team and started managing my property. Prior to Mahema joining we encountered quite a few ongoing problems.
