Would seriously advice noone let through Arden estate. Awful customer service for tenants who are very willing to accept viewings! After not being contactable all weekend I received an email from my landlord today saying I would be having viewings of my property tomorrow within less then 24 hours. I rang and explained I have an ill child and its not possible only to be told I had been sent an email (to the wrong email address) and they would be entering anyway with or without my permission. Completely ignoring personal circumstances and rudely telling me it's not my property. Fuming I rang and got advice only to find they are to give you at least 48 hours notice of entry!!

The team at Ardens in Lydney have provided a faultless service to us, both in our property sale and purchase. They are a very experienced and knowledgable team, and consistently maintained their friendly, helpful and professional standards. Everyone in the office was kept abreast of the situation, so we could speak to anyone for an update at any time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even after contracts had been exchanged and the deal was all but done. We have felt totally supported throughout the process. If we ever move in the future, we would not think twice about using Ardens again, and recommend them unconditionally.

FacebookAWFUL estate agents with horrendous communication issues! They tell you they will ring you back when arranging viewings and are never to be heard from again. 2 weeks i have been 'on the list' to view a property which i should have been told when viewings were starting to ring today to be told they are fully booked and i am not on the list. VERY VERY Disappointing - will not be using this company and will not recommend either!

Having worked with the Barnt Green branch of Arden Estates I can only provide very favorable feedback. The service was excellent and I will be using them for any future moves! Most of all I was impressed with Grace Davis - she was professional, approachable and helpful. Moving to a new area is never easy, so we visited a number of local estate agents to outline our requirements & seek their advice. Without exception, only the Arden team worked closely with us, arranging full days to travel up from London to view properties & get a better feel for the area. It was truly a team based approach,they all new the latest position with our move. Once we entered the buying process, it was clear that they were always a step ahead, they often knew events in the chain before we did, which was a sad reflection on other firms in the process.Whilst they were representing their client, it felt that they were representing us in all aspects of the move, this is a skill & was comforting for us even when things faltered in the process,which they sometimes do. Sold through Rubery branch and bought from Barnt GreenAll the staff at Rubery helped us through the selling process and made it a lot less stressful. They got us on the market quickly so we could buy the property we were after and we couldn't be happier. Thankyou Sadie, Sharon and Grace😀Barnt Green office let us re see our home to be a few times so we could measure up and were always accommodating. They also surprised us when collecting the keys with a bag of flowers. Lovely touch 🌸

I have both bought and sold a property through Arden Estates and it was a great experience on both occasions. The staff were always quick to reply to emails unlike many other agents I have dealt with who never even answered. Many thanks go to Grace for keeping me up to date with what was happening, Sharon for the viewings and Sadie for arranging the sale. Arden Use professional photos for their listings that makes a huge difference by generating interest and showing off your home to it's full potential, even if it was a very modest home such as mine. There are lots of estate agents out there but they're not all the same so if you want great service and to make the most stressful time of your life as easy as you can then I thoroughly recommend Arden Estates.

First class service from a first rate team. I cannot fault them. From first sales visit to completion goody bag, Arden were a delight to deal with. I was recommended to them by a friend and, as I was selling a high value country property, to be honest at first I wondered whether it might be advisable to one of the more established agencies in this market sector. Thank goodness I didn't. Arden are unfailingly friendly and helpful, and delivered on all their commitments and promises. James and Chloe did a fantastic job on the sales front - well qualified viewings and no time wasting. On first visit James guesstimated he'd find a buyer in around a month - and he did! Last but by no means least Katie Hartles, was simply superb in managing the exchange and completion process. Nothing is too much trouble. Arden demonstrate what estate agents should be like!
