Just another careless capitalist business

Don't expect any kind of customer service, they won't even pick up the phone! Having booked viewings with them, completed the viewings and selected a house for rent, I notified them by email that I wished to go ahead with the application (and called a million times but to no avail). I was happy, the landlord (who we met at the viewing as the estate agent didn't bother to show up as we were early). After a few days, they said they would email me the application documents after the weekend (an entire FIVE DAYS later). Meanwhile, the property I wanted to rent has been snapped up by someone else, because of their delay in communication and sending me the documents in a timely manner, to enable me to submit my holding deposit. It is absolute farce.

Top class service from Romily and her Team.

We sold our house through Ardens in Rubery. Romily came out to value it and she was very professional with a personal touch.The valuation she gave us was exactly what we had hoped for, and it proved to be spot on as we had 14 viewings on the very first weekend and we had sold it by the Monday.After that all our after sales was handled by Leanne who was also very professional and super efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this Team to anyone wishing to sell their property. 5 stars all round.

We tried to arrange a viewing of a house we're really interested in but we were told they had "no time for any more appointments" to view this house - good to know NOT to ever sell our house through them - could be missing out on better offers! wish I knew the owner of the house we're interested in to let them know agency couldn't care less what offers they get and they're too busy to show the house to potential buyers

The team at Arden demonstrate what good Estate Agents should be like. They are ‘new generation’ agents with a helpful ‘can do’ approach. Over the years I have bought, sold and rented out properties through them & their service is consistently good across all areas. The founder James Cope has taken the time to give help & advice - even when there was no financial benefit for him to do so. They’re just a thoroughly nice & professional bunch. Great Service...

Arden were the clear choice when we decided to sell our property. During the initial stages of the process they were very thorough in valuing and advertising the property, the photographs are a cut above competition making the advert really stand out on Rightmove. Charlotte and Christine handled our sales negotiation process, we found them both really personable and knew we were in safe hands with their negotiation advice which ultimately led to a great result. Despite working towards a tight timescale in progressing the sale along with various other obstacles presenting themselves along the way, Lara and the sales progression team were incredibly helpful in chasing the rest of the chain and providing regular updates to get the sale across the line.Overall, we were very pleased, thank you to all of the team at Bromsgrove for your efforts!

We sold our house through Arden (Bromsgrove office). We've been really pleased with the service from start to finish. Any enquiries were answered promptly and helpfully. The staff have all been polite and attentive throughout - from the initial valuation, photography, putting it on the market, arranging viewings, and the after sales care. The team really did make our life much easier in what could have been a very stressful situation. Great Estate Agents, really made the process as easy as possible, both Bromsgrove and Rubery branch were always helpful and professional. Having only been a first time buyer before 13 yrs ago the process of buying and selling was new to me and I thought it would be far more painful, but having good agents and good solicitors definitely helped with the smooth running of everything esp when you are unsure of what needs doing.
