From firstly meeting Romily, who came out to the home to view it and price it, to Jason, Georgie who came out and sorted the paperwork, and Lara and Rachael for following through the whole process and keeping in regular contact, even if there is no news. Last but certainly not least, for Becky who has been absolutely amazing with our mortgage, i'm sure i bug the hell out of her, however she has been an absolute star in getting us the best possible offer, and she is very patient and attentive.The service has been amazing, and they have been on the ball throughout the process. Any queries, they are quick to answer, and they as a team have taken away a lot of the stress involved with selling a house away from us. We simply couldn't ask for more, and we would thoroughly recommend using their services. Worth every penny.Not forgetting the way they championed the house on social media, which for us was lovely to see our work in dressing the house come to life to the world. It's really the little things that make a massive difference, and we couldn't thank the team more!

We have had the pleasure of Nina accompanying us for a viewing recently and we have to say that she's fantastic. FacebookFantastic customer service. After being really deflated with our first purchase falling through. We found the perfect house and now just waiting on a completion date. The customer service is first class. Even once your offer is accepted you’re kept updated regularly. Lara goes above and beyond during the whole process.

We have recently sold our house and now moved on to our new home, we decided to use Arden’s (Bromsgrove Branch) for the sale, following research into local agents as well as a gut feeling during and after the valuation. I have to say that I found the entire experience from the Estate Agent perspective superb, the website access to see viewings pending, past viewers feedback etc is a great tool for managing viewings and also adjusting anything in the house that viewers may have provided negative information on. Everyone I have spoke to at their offices during the sale process were always professional and helpful, my shout out would be for Jayne who kept me regularly informed (and sane) throughout. I would recommend anyone considering selling a property to seriously consider Arden’s, they have great knowledge of the local area and provided us with a first class service from start to finish.PositiveProfessionalism
