I have bought and sold I think 13 houses now over my years but I think Arden’s, Worcester have been amongst the best to deal with, most easy to trust to see the sale through, were certainly more proactive on our behalf and also accommodating giving us advice for our situation.We are really grateful and would highly recommend them to sensibly value, get a good strategy in place, see the sale through and negotiate well. Special shout outs must go to Dominique, Beth and Leanne who aim to make the process as stress and pain free as possible. Having purchased a house through them they will have mine to sell as the service they offer is amazing. From firstly meeting Romily, who came out to the home to view it and price it, to Jason, Georgie who came out and sorted the paperwork, and Lara and Rachael for following through the whole process and keeping in regular contact, even if there is no news. Last but certainly not least, for Becky who has been absolutely amazing with our mortgage, i'm sure i bug the hell out of her, however she has been an absolute star in getting us the best possible offer, and she is very patient and attentive.The service has been amazing, and they have been on the ball throughout the process. Any queries, they are quick to answer, and they as a team have taken away a lot of the stress involved with selling a house away from us. We simply couldn't ask for more, and we would thoroughly recommend using their services. Worth every penny.Not forgetting the way they championed the house on social media, which for us was lovely to see our work in dressing the house come to life to the world. It's really the little things that make a massive difference, and we couldn't thank the team more!
