Bought a property through Arden in Redditch, with lots of help from Katie. Mille and Katie also helped me to find a tenant and rent the same property out within two weeks of completing. Just amazing both Millie and Katie were most helpful, I would certainly recommend Arden estates to anyone. .

Very professional and direct, no messing around. Communication is always key and Arden excelled. Advice and guidance was given which all made perfect sense and resulted in a smooth, quick sale. Had to put my dads house up for sale following his death, Arden’s were amazing so helpful and understanding, put the house on the market on the Tuesday for an open day on the Saturday and by the Monday it was sold .. all the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble would definitely use again

Lucy and all the Lydney team were extremely helpful and supportive during what turned out to be a rather problematic chain. They helped take a lot of the stress out of moving! Not only that, but they helped once we'd moved by recommending and advising on various tradespeople, such as locksmiths. We can thoroughly recommend using Arden for your move - they are excellent!

Racists, I am from Poland and called them to ask about the house, was told is under offer. I asked my English friend to call answer was different, they told her to call afternoon to ask if is still available as house was viewed by loads of people and they waiting for offers. This is really disappointing that they treat people like this.

GoogleSeveral members of the team assisted with our sale and purchase (both through Arden). We have received nothing but great service throughout even when we have had bumps in the road due to solicitors. Highly recommended and if we do ever decide to put ourselves through moving again we would use Arden.

Right through from when their agent first visited the flat, to completion of sale, the team has been efficient, friendly and professional. The sales materials produced were high quality and photography excellent. We found a buyer within one month of going on the market, and our representative at Arden Estates, Halinka, stayed in touch with us throughout the months it took to complete the sale. So communication and progress chasing was excellent. I would definitely recommend the company and would certainly use the Redditch office again if we sold another propoerty locally.
