The lettings team are unprofessional and plain stupid. The inventory they took was inadequate and lost me money at dispute, as commented on by the dispute resolution service. The three monthly checks failed to pick up various unauthorised changes to the house, including wall paper to a wall never previously papered. Great observation skills there! Upon check out of the tenant Ardens claimed it was ok as it was to a good standard. Again as upheld by the DPS, this was neither relevant or true. The box isn't big enough to list their failings. The lettings team are rude and arrogant. Please don't ever use them.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Relocating from Scotland I was registered with all the local agents, but Arden’s stood out from the rest Sarah, Jacqui, Christine, Charlotte and Marie (and probably some others I have missed off) were all really helpful. Knowing I had to travel from Scotland with young kids to view houses, everything was made really smooth. Impartial advice to myself and my wife on local areas when it came time to offer proved invaluable.Even after acceptance of the offer these guys continued to offer information on the area we made a successful offer in. Good, straight talking and honest guys. Recommended to anyone.

Fantastic, honest service

Fantastic service right from the first valuation of my property through to completion. I found all members of staff helpful and knowledgeable and I was kept informed with every stage of the process of selling. I also found that when I attended viewings with Arden agents, they had some really useful suggestions on how to make the property suit my needs and were honest about any limitations. It was clear they had listened to what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend them for both sale and purchase.

First time buying a house so nothing to compare with. Helpful and really quite responsive to emails and would get 5 stars. However, they did also say they would chase the solicitor weekly yet over the course of 3-4 months we had maybe two updates from them in regards to the purchase. Even if there was no update, it would be nice to have known this.

I recently sold my house via the Redditch branch. Was really happy with valuation, and once I had decided to sell through Arden I found the marketing photos and adverts were outstanding. In terms of viewing I was pleased with the process for providing feedback after viewings. In terms of service once my property was SSTC then this is where Arden really shone. They were great at ensuring solicitors were progressing the sale and really good at keeping me updated at all times.

I never normally write reviews on anything but I would feel an injustice if I didn’t let people know what a great service I have received from start to finish.I contacted the Rubery branch and Sharon pointed us in the right direction,Romily then came around and made what seem like a very daunting task seem very easy and stress free. I must say she was true to her word from the initial call to the photographer I was blown away by how professional and easy talking the Rubery branch were.It made myself and partner feel at ease we now hove a home in an area we desired and it’s all thanks to the fact a team pulled together and went out of their way to help.Money well spent thanks to everyone at Ardens Rubery and Bromsgrove.

Would seriously advice noone let…

Would seriously advice noone let through Arden estate. Awful customer service for tenants who are very willing to accept viewings! After not being contactable all weekend I received an email from my landlord today saying I would be having viewings of my property tomorrow within less then 24 hours. I rang and explained I have an ill child and its not possible only to be told I had been sent an email (to the wrong email address) and they would be entering anyway with or without my permission. Completely ignoring personal circumstances and rudely telling me it's not my property. Fuming I rang and got advice only to find they are to give you at least 48 hours notice of entry!!

The team at Ardens in Lydney have provided a faultless service to us, both in our property sale and purchase. They are a very experienced and knowledgable team, and consistently maintained their friendly, helpful and professional standards. Everyone in the office was kept abreast of the situation, so we could speak to anyone for an update at any time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even after contracts had been exchanged and the deal was all but done. We have felt totally supported throughout the process. If we ever move in the future, we would not think twice about using Ardens again, and recommend them unconditionally.
