Do not use this letting agency they have treating a single parent appaullingly caused the mother to have to take tranquilizers prescribed by her doctor and to be signed off sick from work due to the stress because after suffering a leak she has had to moved out of the property and 3 weeks later not a solitary thing has been doneAlso don't believe a word that a certain worker at the agency says

Very professional and efficient service from the team at the Barnt Green branch. The photographs and marketing information for our property were excellent. Arden were fantastic at keeping us updated and well informed througout the whole process and followed up any queries we had swiftly and efficiently. We had some difficulties initially selling our property and Arden estate agents were there to lend advice and support. We would definitely recommend them.
