When looking for a house you tend to work with multiple agents and it’s easy to see the differences in how they operate. Arden are by far the most efficient, organised and pro active agents I’ve used. They call you back without delay, are armed with all the answers needed during viewings and feel in a different league to others I’ve used. Their website is also mobile friendly which is handy on the go!! Oliver and Jackie in particular from their West Midland branches have been great to work with. Thank you, Arden!

Arden have been nothing but excellent the whole way through the process of selling our home. We had valuations from a number of agents, with Arden being the highest. They did a fantastic job of marketing our property and agreed a sale, at a price we were happy with, within four days of our property being on the market. Had we gone with the other agents we would have lost out on a significant amount of money. All of the team at Arden have been extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process, Romily's enthusiasm and knowledge made the marketing of our property with Arden a no-brainer, Sharon did a great job of putting the sales particulars together, with wonderful photographs provided by their photographer. Jason did a great job of keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback and once the sale was agreed Lara worked hard to make sure that our agreed sale went through to completion without complication, for which were are very grateful. I would recommend Arden to anyone and I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future. Thank you!

From the minute Romily arrived to complete a valuation we knew we had chosen the right estate agents; she was great! The service she promised then continued throughout, with many people working tirelessly to help us, not only sell our properties but to bag our dream home. They were so helpful & efficient and often went above and beyond. They were always friendly when we had to speak to them on the phone or visit the office and we genuinely felt they cared. Special mentions must go to: Lara at Rubery & Kirsty at Bromsgrove. We also used Becky as our mortgage advisor who was just as superb. If we ever move again - we would definitely be using Arden and would recommend to anyone!

We recently bought a house through Arden Estates Redditch branch and found them always helpful and obliging, they met us promptly at the property whenever we asked and were always available at the end of the phone if we wanted to ask about the progress toward completion.To sum up “everything went as smoothly as a house sale can and we always felt comfortable that we could always reach someone and have any questions answered”

From the initial conversation with Lara about letting my property I felt at ease and she explained the whole process to me, Lara booked for the valuation to take place and Millie came out, she gave me the figure and told me how things would work, I put the property on the lettings market a few weeks later, Matt came to take the photos and he was really helpful.I had 6 viewings booked within the same day of going onto the market . Chloe conducted the viewings and provided me with feedback - I have now let the property out, I am really happy with the service from Ardens and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

We have recently sold our house and now moved on to our new home, we decided to use Arden’s (Bromsgrove Branch) for the sale, following research into local agents as well as a gut feeling during and after the valuation.I have to say that I found the entire experience from the Estate Agent perspective superb, the website access to see viewings pending, past viewers feedback etc is a great tool for managing viewings and also adjusting anything in the house that viewers may have provided negative information on.Everyone I have spoke to at their offices during the sale process were always professional and helpful, my shout out would be for Jayne who kept me regularly informed (and sane) throughout.I would recommend anyone considering selling a property to seriously consider Arden’s, they have great knowledge of the local area and provided us with a first class service from start to finish.

Ardens have been great. They have been really informative, approachable and easy to talk to. Any issues or questions i had they were able to answer and guide me through the process. Being a first time buyer I needed help and they were more than happy to assist. Every individual i have spoken to have been lovely and i would recommend them to anyone. I have to say there were a few properties i viewed through different estate agents that made the pictures look better the property was in person but Arden was the opposite the property in person was better then i expected so it was a nice surprise. I have also used the mortgage advisor from Ardens and she has been amazing. They are the full package and have made what should be a stressful process enjoyable.

As a first time buyer, it seemed like such an overwhelming process but with their support I wish I started years ago. Sharon, Lara and Claire have been just fantastic with both onboarding and sales progression as well as handholding me through any processes or random queries or concerns I had about the purchase. They reply really quickly and are readily available on the phone. I never got the feeling of 'I wish I could just talk to the vendor myself'. Honestly they are speedy. The service from Lucy and team at the Lydney branch was superb from beginning to successful completion. The sale was managed very professionally and communication was excellent, taking away much of the stress of selling our parents home. If anyone was considering using an anonymous online agent and wondered whether there might be an argument for using a good local agent instead, Arden Estates makes the case very compellingly.

We have been extremely happy and impressed with Arden Rubery, who even before we committed to selling our property through them, were incredibly helpful and supportive with what seemed like a million questions that we fired at them. We were delighted with how quickly and professionally they marketed our property, from the property description to the quality of the photographs which we feel led to a steady stream of viewers and secured a quick sale. Romily in particular has been absolutely brilliant. She talked us through the entire process, putting our minds at ease during what can be a stressful time. She has been so supportive, patient and is always happy to speak to us. We honestly, can't thank her and her team enough. Arden may not be the cheapest Estate Agent in the local area, but they are by far the most professional and their service is second to none. I have had an Absolute amazing experience With Arden.First of all, Charlotte from bromsgrove who worked overtime to ensure our house advert was completed and put online as soon as possible. Olivia from redditch who has been absolutely amazing, ensuring she is always communicating back to me all updates on selling our house. Rob from bromsgrove who is our financial advisor has gone above and beyond to beat deals we had currently been provided by other companies. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Where do I start!! Arden in my opinion are outstanding. I never sold my property with Arden at a large regret, I know lots of people who have sold very successfully With Arden. A special mention about Charlotte Horton who went well above and beyond to find me the property I require, which may I add was not an easy task. I wanted a certain property in a certain area, they would keep me constantly updated in regards to the required property’s that I requested, which then lead to my family securing our forever home, this would not have been possible without their constant hard work and support. They are always so helpful and kind, which goes along way in today’s current market. If you are looking for an estate agents, look no further then Arden.
