Most of my initial dealing was with Savannah Fairnie, who was always charming and did the house part of the viewing. I did the viewings of the garden and outhouses. We agreed about the suitability of the eventual purchaser (and chatted when some prospective viewers didn't bother to turn up!). Once the sale had been agreed, Jayne Bennett handled all the chasing of the sale, which proved to be difficult with people lower down the chain, but she persevered very well. I previously had another estate agent for three months, who was exceptionally laid-back, and didn't move things along well - so I changed to Arden Estates, to find a remarkably proactive attitude. I'm very pleased I changed, as I eventually ended up with three offers of the asking price.

GoogleReview edited on 07/05/21: Collected keys from the agent today without even a word of apology for the stress they have caused let alone the cost incurred to date. Just passed the keys in an envelope, totally shocking. 06/05/21 Very disappointing and costly experience with Arden Estate Agents in Bromsgove. We instructed Arden in November 2020 to market a property which had been a rental property and tenants had recently moved on. Arden were quick to respond to begin with and quick to put the property on the market. Within a few weeks (by December) we received an offer for the asking price which was accepted. From February onwards, although not all can be blamed on Arden we have been dealt with by what can only be described as smoke and mirrors as there has been delay after delay with the process. They had failed to carry out the necessary due-diligence on the complete chain and by the beginning of May we have still not exchanged contracts so have called the deal off and decided to proceed with another agent. All in all, this has cost us circa £15,000 in lost rental income in what should have been a very quick turnaround.

Potential purchasers were diligently followed up by the Lydney office and every member of the team provided us with a friendly, but at the same time, throughly professional service. We really struggled to find a new property, but Arden kept in touch with us and our buyers. 6 months on and we have finally found somewhere, and Arden restarted the same sale process, hopefully keeping everyone happy! We have recently sold our house through Arden’s in rubery. They have been so helpful and professional from start to finish. We have also just purchased our new house through Arden’s in bromsgrove and once again have received an excellent service through them. Charlotte especially has been exceptionally helpful. We switched to Ardens after a fairly unsuccessful time with our first agent. And since moving the Ardens team have been nothing short of brilliant! The hard work, dedication and effort that all members of the Worcester office have shown resulted in the sale of our property. It hasn't been an easy or straight forward process, particularly due to COVID 19, the many associated restrictions, and navigating a separating couple going their different ways. I recognise that the whole team have contributed immensely in some way shape or form to get us to where we are now!I think I have probably spoken to each and every one of the Worcester team, on numerous occasions over the past 12+ months, and I am sure I have moaned, complained or aired my frustration about something along the way! I have viewed several properties in the last month and have had a variety of experiences from different estate agents. I found Arden Estate agents to be extremely professional. I was 10 minutes late to the viewing which I felt bad about. Sarah, the agent showing the property put me at ease immediately. Don’t worry she said. Mostly, left me to my own devices but was on hand to answer all my questions and even gave me some really good ideas about furnishings and several improvements that would increase the property value. I think I may be making an offer!

FacebookToday a property of they are selling in Cottage Lane came up for sale. Within an hour of appearing on Rightmove I called to make a viewing. I was told they would call me back to arrange. An hour later I was told there were no viewing appointments left for this property.I think it’s very clear this property was never on the open market. I wonder just how many viewings a property is allowed in Arden’s view before it’s too many and if their client knows they are turning down potential buyers. I have no doubt this property has gone to one of their friends/family or an investor they work with.Disgraceful! I certainly would never put a property up with them.
