Excellent Service throughout

This is the 1st time I have used Ardens to buy a house from, but the 2nd time to sell a house. Their photographer is brilliant. I was kept up to date by the girls throughout the whole viewing process, and sold my house very quickly.Chloe & Leanne (sales progressor's) have been so helpful and fantastic in what has been a very busy housing market with the stamp duty holiday. Leanne especially has gone the extra mile in helping me to stay calm, liaising with, and nudging the solicitors during a frustrating few weeks. I'm sure without her, my exchange of contracts wouldn't have happened as soon as it had. I can't thank the team enough.

Highly recommend Arden Estate Agents

We chose Arden as they had done their homework on the local area and were prepared to listen to our view, unlike some of the ‘traditional’ agents in the area. We were particularly impressed with the photographer and his time and attention to detail which made our house so appealing on line. We went on the market on a Friday and had a flurry of viewings - sold on the Monday. Lovely staff, beautiful offices, competative and always willing to help. Highly recommend.

I have viewed several properties in the last month and have had a variety of experiences from different estate agents. I found Arden Estate agents to be extremely professional. I was 10 minutes late to the viewing which I felt bad about. Sarah, the agent showing the property put me at ease immediately. Don’t worry she said. The team at the Worcester branch have all been excellent and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I purchased a house from them and the whole process was dealt with integrity and professionalism and their experience in making sure the purchase process went as smoothly as it could.Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they took care of all the questions I had, arranged multiple viewings and offered guidance all the way through the process.They have raised the bar and are clearly ahead of the curve and all the other estate agents in Worcester could learn a lot from the team at Arden. Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Beyond time consuming. We viewed a property through this company and they confirmed we would be renting the property and the landlord confirmed with them. They took £200 from us as a holding fee and said they would send over a confirmation email immediately of this and the contracts. They did not for over 4 days despite us emailing and calling them. They finally answered and told us the landlord changed their mind and we no longer had the property so they essentially avoided telling us this information and kept our money without us knowing what had happened, they were very unhelpful and did not offer any solution or offer any other properties and to top it off they have no refunded our holding fee yet. Stay away.

A shout out to Savannah

We recently purchased our property through the bromsgrove branch. We initially couldnt get booked in to view on the open day and the team were brilliant and managed to get us a cancellation. We met Savannah at the property who was very welcoming and professional. She was clearly passionate about the property and also gave suggestions on what we could do to each room as the property required a full renovation. We instantly fell in love with the property and Savannah clearly explained the next steps on how to put an offer in to proceed. We had been to view over 20 properties with various agents and we certainly were impressed with the customer service we received from Savannah it was professional with the personal touch. It was also good to see her on the day we collected the keys as we were able to thank her personally. All in all our experience with arden was brilliant and i would definitely use them in the future.
