What can I say about the Lydney team… they are all absolutely amazing. From the minute we met Sharon we knew we were in safe hands. Her wealth of knowledge about the market reassured us from the get go. The photos of our house were amazing so it was no surprise that our house sold very quickly. Annalise arranged and conducted many viewings at our property and was so careful and considerate that it was still our family home. We couldn’t have been more grateful. Throughout the process every person we spoke to at Arden made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to go above and beyond. Come the end they didn’t feel like just estate agents, but friends who supported us through the whole process with compassion and professionalism. From accepting offer to move day, every step of the way we’ve been blown away by the service we’ve received. After two years of frustrating searching , false dawns , dodgy surveys , being outbid twice , I was hoping to get in my new house before Christmas and with the outstanding support and service from Laura and Jayne this was achieved on the 18th November giving me lots of time to prepare for a fabulous family Christmas . The face to face service was excellent and I felt that the team really enjoyed their jobs helping people realise their dreams . One small point on accurate response to emails and verbal requests , it took four attempts to get an answer about what items would left by the vendor . However this does not detract from the over all brilliant experience and I would 100% recommend Arden to prospective clients . Thanks again Arden team

I have no hesitation in recommending the staff and the service at the Lydney office. I found them all be be extremely professional, all staff were fully informed and kept their word e.g. got back to me when they said they would etc. Our first attempt to buy a house last year fell through at the very last moment, when the buyer of our house dropped out unexpectedly. The staff were incredibly supportive and we had no hesitation in returning to them this year. This year once again we valued their expertise, friendliness and their determination to complete our purchase successfully which they did! They even offered to go the extra mile, when it looked like motorway delays would prevent us collecting the house keys during office hours.
