I sold my house with the help of the skilful, professional and lovely ladies at Arden estates Worcester branch. I can’t really find the right words to describe how grateful I am to these ladies who put my mind to rest and helped me sell my property as swiftly as possible. No worries, no hassle, I was kept up to date until the very last moment and I felt as having my friends helping me with this usually stressful task only that they made it stress free 😊 So, if you want to sell your house or buy a new one the smartest decision you can take is to have friends helping you to achieve that. I recently sold my house through Arden in Lydney. I was moving in with my daughter, therefore it was sale only (no purchase involved). Sharon came out valued the property and was very efficient with whole process. The photos that they took were very good and represented the property very well. I then dealt with Lucy Powell and it went live quickly, with a very good response. Both Lucy and Sharon kept me fully updated with the proceedings and worked excellently on my behalf. I would highly recommend them for selling a house and not talking through experience, but I am sure, buying through them would also be a smooth well informed experience. Excellent service, thank you very much.

Arden's Estate Agents in Redditch were fantastic with the sale of my property. I cannot praise their professionalism and efficiency enough! Danielle and Katie gave 100% commitment to ensuring my property was sold as quickly as possible. Within a day of being on the market, they had viewings lined up and 3 offers made within 48 hours.When my first buyer pulled out, they had further viewings booked in for me by later that same day.I expected the sale to be quite stressful as I lived 120 miles away from the property I was selling but Katie went above and beyond, taking on responsibilities beyond her job spec to ensure the stress of selling my home was kept to a minimum for me but at the same time making sure that the sale process was kept at full momentum.Would have no hesitation in recommending Arden's, In fact I would encourage anyone selling to make Arden's their first choice agent if they want as quick and as smooth a sale/ purchase of a property as possible.First Class service at very reasonable fee.

Sale & Purchase - Arden Estates Rubery

I've just sold and purchased through Arden Estates Rubery. The team and service here has been fantastic. From the initial visit from Sadie, I've found their service to be friendly, honest and extremely helpful. I found my Solicitor and Removal Man through their recommendation as well, which made the whole experience alot smoother and easier. I was also introduced to Ben, their in office independant Mortgage Advisor, which was a great meeting, very clear and simple in discussing my options. Sharon and Grace were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, they got on to the other parties on my behalf if there were outstanding queries and Grace kept you up to date with all movements in the chain. All 3 ladies were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I would highly highly recommend Arden Estates Rubery, great service and great value for money.

Exceptional Service ⭐️

I lost a sale early this year with Arden’s due to no fault of their own.They very quickly got this back up with no cost to myself and had another sale within a week of re advertising.Since this acceptance of an offer my management company have been stalling my exchange on contacts and without Leanne chasing both sides every day since we would have lost out on another buyer.Leanne, you are worth your weight in gold to the sales department, always on the other end of the line when anyone needed you and constantly pushing for completion. I cannot recommend Arden enough. From first point of contact to arrange a valuation to the day of completion, we received excellent and consistent service. I truly believe Sharon, Lucinda and Lucy went out of their way to provide the most exceptional and easy sale of our house. The team went above and beyond to make our sale as painless as possible, providing full updates and reports before we'd even thought to request any. Their communication, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge never waivered. I would have absolutely no hesitation in insisting that friends and family used Arden as their estate agent and in fact we received their details on recommendation from a friend who had used them. Estate agents do I believe have a rather bad reputation, but Arden expelled all of these fears. Trying to find a Bungalow was never going to be easy, and finding one which would accommodate many years of accumulating, plus taking the place of a 3bed detached house made the task much more demanding.Arden Estates Lydney were recommended to us, and from the first contact we realised we couldn't have done better. Thanks to Sharon and team efficiency was obvious at the outset, and when you add in professionalism and the ability to deal with people who are going through the worst experience of their lives, that takes a skill and understanding not always available. What an unexpected surprise!

Anyone who has ever moved house knows how stressful such a life event can be; I was moving countries as well and therefore not able to be on the spot to discuss or rectify or clarify the multitude of questions and difficulties that could and did indeed emerge during the process. From the moment of that very first phone call to Sharon I experienced the interest in providing me with not only an efficient service, but one that was warm, friendly and light hearted as well; I felt listened to and my particular circumstances taken into account. Throughout the weeks that followed both Sharon and Chris were absolutely committed to making my purchase run as smoothly as possible ensuring that I was kept informed, always welcoming of my many phone calls and questions and even sorting out issues that should have been dealt with by non-communicating solicitors! It was down to the fact that Sadie, Sharon and Grace were such a pleasure to deal with - professional, efficient and friendly - that they were the automatic choice for my sale.
