GoogleReally pleased, that we chose Arden Estate Agents Redditch. Tim gave a thorough and good evaluation and within a week we had a buyer. From start to completion, were really efficient, professional, yet friendly, keeping us informed and updated every step of the process. Halinka, especially, who was always so helpful, letting us know how the sale was progressing and answering any questions we might have. Would highly recommend Arden to anyone selling or buying a house and would definitely use them in the future. Very impressed.

GoogleArden have been an absolute pleasure to work with this year. After what has been a very upsetting time following a family bereavement they have made the process of selling really easy. From writing such a great description of the property, to taking photos' that really showed the property at its best, to setting up the viewings and then finally finding us the right buyer for the property. We have been extremely impressed with the service we have so far received from Romily and the whole team at the Rubery branch. We had our property up with another estate agent for nearly 4 weeks and hadn't received one viewing! Within a day of being on the market with Ardens, the team had got us 5 viewings! From the start every aspect has been 5 star, starting with the initial phonecall I made to enquire about their service. From that I arranged photographs and a meeting to set up the sale with Romily whilst she was on annual leave over Easter weekend. This was outstanding service, along with the professionalism of the photographer, the initial meeting at home to arrange putting the house on market, along with all of the aspects since including all phonecalls and updates via email. We have been kept fully updated and from one day of viewings we have received an offer for the full asking price. We highly recommend Arden's and the team at Rubery and wish we would have chosen to sell with them initially. Thank you Arden's.

The hold up was no faults of theirs and as a team they have tried their best to keep everything on track. We had viewed and had offer accepted on our 'dream home' but were very realistic that with chain things may not go easily. However Arden were just downright rude. They sold the property to another buyer and neglected to inform us at all. When we called to check progress, we were told this is normal proceedings with their company and we didnt need to be informed. Needless to say will not be looking to buy any property listed with them ever.Having written this review, am pleasantly surprised - the manager involved personally phoned us to look into the situation. Whilst this doesn't make things perfect, my review has to be edited as it is good that reviews are seen and taken seriously and acted on for the future. Hopefully noone will be in the same situation in the future, and after my conversation today I genuinely belive that this should not happen again.

Appalling do not use these for letting houses they tell you false information.I always looked after the property my rent was always paid 2 weeks before the rent was even due I randomly one day had Eviction notice to ask me to leave the property as the landlord was selling the house to only find out that next door who I resumed was really nice people had been calling up the landlord making false accusations not once I received any form of warning of anything.Soon as I left the property and handed in the keys the house was right away back up for let..I really hope the landlord now gets bad tenants and makes big mess of the house :) And goodluck because who ever has the property next your gonna need it for the nice neighbours to your face but horrible behind your back.Arden acted very rude and unprofessional about this and told lies about saying the property was being sold..
