I have never met such an arrogant and unfriendly bunch of ppl. They decided they don’t like us just because we don’t have English surname. No matter what we did, the arrogance was tangible and looking down on us. Arden as company should rethink their approach to costumers. After all they live of the commission made of their sale of properties. Lying while looking you in the eye is their MO. I thought we live in Britain not Germany of 1933 and being racist and not wanting to work with ppl who have non English surname and slight accent is all hallmark of Racist evviroment. There is no 0 otherwise I would have put that on this review. I suggest you retrain your staff and change your attitude towards costumers Don’t judge book but it’s covers, and you do with EVERY person going thru your doors. I wouldn’t use them even that’s means never selling or buying house ever again... You are emberasment to the profession!

All the staff at the Barnt Green Office…

All the staff at the Barnt Green Office were most helpful in selling our property. The valuation visit by Geri was professional, informative and efficient. Robyn, Hannah and Lesley were also efficient in contacting us, providing the appropriate paperwork, photos and putting the house on the market. Interested parties were shown round by those mentioned above which took pressure off us. We also received good advice during the whole process. Once we accepted an offer Lesley was brilliant in taking it forward and dealing with anything that came along.

We sold our house via Jon, Arden Estates in just 20 hours. Romily from the Rubery branch showed us around a property in Rednal on 21 December 2018. A great estate agent from start to finish.

We have brought and sold several houses over the past few years and my opinions on normal estates agents is very poor as they generally lack knowledge on the houses and seem to be only there to unlock the doors when you arrive and lock up again after you leave however what a refreshing change Romily and her team were from a selling point of view. A good estate agent that’s honest and gets the job done.

After being horrendously let down by another estate agent and being left deflated by not getting a buyer. We switched to Arden and from start to finish we’re just excellent. Nothing was any trouble and Romley and the team (Sharon and Rachael) were just brilliant. Our house was on the market with Arden for 2/3 weeks and we got an offer and sold. Brilliant estate agents! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend the Lydney branch enough. We had a very quick, efficient move and from start to finish, was in our first family home within 7 weeks. The girls were great whenever we went into their branch and was also very good with communicating via email and phone so we never felt like we had to try and chase up any progress as they were always on the ball! Second to non service 100% of the time

I must confess, I’m not one for writing a review….but felt that I must do so following on from the flawless service that I have recently received from Arden’s Estate Agents Bromsgrove (Letting Department). I started using Arden’s letting around 18 months ago, and I must say that the service that I have received from the Bromsgrove Team (Liam, Chloe & Millie) has been second to none!!!!My previous tenant recently moved out, and you always worry when you go and do the house inspection as you just don’t know what state the house will be left in (from previous experience using other agents), and when previous tenants had moved out (when I’d used a different letting agent), the house had been in a right mess and I’d had to arrange decorating, gardening and cleaning myself which meant that there was always a delay of been able to get the next tenant in.But not this time……….Arden’s literally dealt with everything!!!!!They had made sure that regular checks were done on the property to ensure that the tenant was maintaining the house, and when I did the house inspection the house had been left in extremely good condition with some minor maintenance that needed to be carried out before the new tenant could move in. Arden’s arranged absolutely everything, taking all of the stress away from me which was amazing!!!!! They organised people to come to tidy up the garden, clean the house throughout, have the windows cleaned and to also have the oven cleaned.The old tenant moved out on 19-08-2018…..and the new tenants were in on 31-08-2018, and I hadn’t had to lift a finger!!!!They were absolutely amazing!!!!! I had called the office on 03-09-2018 for an update, as id been away and not had access to my emails and was querying if they had managed to find a new tenant…… to be told “Yes…… all sorted they moved I on Friday” I cannot thank you enough for making the whole process so seamless….and taking all the stress away from me……..We have been so so impressed and will definitely be recommending your services !!!. Outstanding service from a brilliant Rubery team

I have bought and sold a property using the Rubery branch and I found the service and commitment from all team members outstanding. Romily came to my property and gave me a realistic and honest valuation of my home and I was so impressed I didn’t contact any other agencies. We had 10 viewings booked in three days and the property had sold in under a week. Racheal, Sharon and Claire kept me fully informed as the sale progressed and were always quick when responding to any questions I had. After the sale of my property Romily and the team notified me of any suitable properties and sent leaflets to areas I was interested in. Due to work commitments the staff arranged evening viewings making it possible to me to view a wide range of properties in different locations to ensure I was fully aware of what properties I could purchase within my budget. We are in the process of buying our next home and our agent is Lauren Simms at the Solihull branch - and what a delight she is. Lovely young lady who has kept us constantly informed and will no doubt do a fabulous job through to completion.
