Amazing service from the outset. Dealt with Sharon who I found to be experienced, speedy and straight to the point. The sales progression team( Lara & Rachael) always kept in contact throughout the buying process and went out of their way to ensure a speedy completion.

Nina sold our house and was amazing, her attention to detail was second to none which is why I think she sold it so easily. Danielle then sold us our new dream home and again we couldn’t have asked for more, she didn’t push and showed us everything we needed. Then Allison and Halinka helped us through to completion and these two are the best professionals I have come across! They were always there to answer the phone and answer any questions we had. Thank you so much Arden Estates. We sold and bought through them and couldn’t have asked anymore from anyone in the company. They made the process as stress-free as possible and kept us up to date throughout - by far the best around

Excellent service from Arden Lydney from start to finish. Hugely professional, yet friendly and approachable. Their knowledge of the property market is second to none, and their advice immeasurable. This is the second time we have used Arden Estates Lydney and on both occasions the properties have sold at full asking price within a week. Communication is fantastic, and nothing is too much trouble for any one of the team in Lydney. We purchased our property through Arden estate agents recently. Both Lucy and Maddie were just lovely and made the whole process enjoyable and relatively stress free! Lucy met us for the first viewing and gave us plenty of time to look around the property and ask any questions. She was always quick to get back to us via email or over the phone and provided some very useful advice. Maddie was also very helpful and always cheery to speak to! Excellent service with Arden (rubery) started house hunting with my partner for our first home together came across a house we liked the look of on the website called up and the house had already had an offer. We was asked if we would like to see another house which was just round the corner and a very similar house. After viewing the property (with the lovely Leanne) we put an offer in straight away. Everything was very painless quick and easy. We asked if we could have a second viewing nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for everything guys will definitely be recommending!

If you are looking for an Estate Agent with imaginative flair; a passion for property or client contact, then you’d be advised to use Arden Estate Agents (Rubery).There is a no nonsense approach when you deal with Arden. After dealing for many years with other main stream agents I became extremely critical about the service you experience. Romily in particular is an excellent; passionate and focussed property ‘Guru’.Romily advised that she is contactable 24/7; and in my experience this has been the case. Disappointingly when I do decide to move again Romily and her team don’t cover the South West of England.Clare and Rachel at Arden have been extremely supportive and provided clear, concise information and updates where necessary.I could not recommend Arden Estate Agents highly enough. Romily and her team have an excellent ethos and work ethic. Don’t be disappointed, use Arden at Rubery; they’re the only contact number you need.

Right from the outset, when Romily came to value my house, I could see she was passionate about her job, and she understood how important the whole process is to clients. I felt completely at ease and confident in her abilities as an estate agent. She definitely knows her stuff!There were the usual little glitches that you get with negotiating a house move, but making a phone call to Romily - explaining the situation - and within an hour she'd call back explaining that any issues had been resolved.If there was anything I ever needed to discuss with her, even if it was out of office hours, I had the option to contact her on her personal mobile. Whilst I never did contact her via her mobile, it was very comforting knowing that that option was available.This woman will go over and above the job spec. Romily and her team were brilliant.
