Staff were really nice and friendly , especially during covid we were taken care of the whole time, they still did so much for us with pushing our sale. Romley Leigh Anne and Claire were all lovely. Had a quick sale in 2 weeks as well! Really on the ball! Thankyou Arden estates!

Each member of staff were tentative and made you feel extremely valued, whether this being those valuing the property, showing you around, offering financial advice or the after sales. GoogleI was lucky enough to have Jayne deal with my move. Solicitors made the move very stressful but Jayne was amazing, she constantly made calls and emails for me and was always easy to get hold of. Couldn't recommend Arden / Jayne enough!

Amazing service and communication from start to finish. Everybody we dealt with at Arden has been super friendly and knowledgeable. A special mention has to be given to Leanne…. We have never known a sales progressor so on the ball. She knew exactly what was going on, chased everybody and made sure that we got over the line. If you’re looking to sell your property, we couldn’t recommend Arden Estates enough!!

I recently sold my property with the Rubery office and Claire handled the Sale. It wasn't a straight forward Sale and there definitely were a few hitches along the way. I was very pleased when it was Sold and I thank Claire very much for not giving up and seeing it through.

The house went on the market with great photos really quickly and we had viewings and a sale by the end of the week. The team constantly communicated well and we knew who to contact if we needed. The whole process put us at ease and I would 100% recommend them to anyone else. I wanted an estate agent that communicated and took as much stress out of the moving process as possible to which they did. Thanks again to the whole team involved.

We had many interests and viewings booked in by Arden whom took control. They kept me upto date and always relayed feedback the following day after a viewing. Despite having two time wasters delay our sale, Arden managed to sell my house a third time which progressed easy and successfully within 3 months. Ardens (and Lara from the Rubery office in particular) were brilliant for us during the whole process. While racing the stamp duty holiday, our solicitor was horrendous. Lara was the calming voice of confidence as well as pushing the process along as needed. I highly recommend them.

Maddie and Annalise were just wonderful throughout our 2 year tenancy. Nothing was ever to much trouble, maintenance tickets were actioned and solved extremely efficiently and quickly and we were always kept updated on routine property checks. We certainly felt looked after with Arden's.
