I bought a property from Arden estate agents in Bromsgrove, and I have to say they really took care of me and helped with all I needed. Christine Carter, was my first point of contact, with the viewing of the potential home. She was professional, well presented, had all the information on hand and nothing was too much trouble for her. A stressful period but glad Arden were our selling agents, very good communications through all the glitches we had! I do prefer emails to phone calls due to slight hearing and anxiety issues; they nearly always quickly followed up their missed call with an email, and responded to my quite numerous email enquiries likewise. Being my first time, and I'm no spring chicken, this was quite a learning curve. Thanks to all the team and thanks especially to Leanne our sales progressor who was very proactive and kept regularly in touch with our purchase estate agents; we were in a long chain!

The team at Arden Estate agents Redditch were amazing handling our recent house sale. Halinka looked after the progress of our sale and kept us informed of developments on a weekly basis and contacted the buyers solicitors to help move the sale on, she was a godsend and helped us achieve our completion date for which we are extremely great full. Arden To The Rescue

Arden came to the rescue when I decided to sell my property. I had initially signed up with another agency but the photos were poor and not representative of the house. So I decided to go with Arden instead. Anneke arrived and I immediately felt reassured that Arden would sell my house quickly. The photographer came and he knew exactly what was needed. The photographs were superb and the house was sold in 10 days! I am extremely impressed by the way Anneke communicated with me and made sure I was kept informed at all times. I never had to wait long for a call back or an answer on a query. I used Arden in 2013 when they were a new company. They were really keen to bring a new dimension to estate agency and totally disrupted the market. Congratulations to all at Arden as the fresh approach you had then, remains still today! Kate has shown us around a few properties on our search and was always honest but positive about the houses we viewed, and allowed us the space to look around as well as guide when needed. Her enthusiasm for the property we are (fingers crossed) buying matched our own. Lara in the office, who dealt with the offers was also very helpful as well as reassuring.Once our offer was accepted Leanne, although ultimately working for the sellers, was extremely diligent and kept us all on track to offer a smooth process. We sold our house through Anneke at Arden. She was professional, accessible and efficient throughout the whole process. Before we moved to Arden, our property had been for sale for a very long time with another agent and Anneke successfully found a buyer in a few weeks, which was great news for us, given the current slow market. Also, if you have a property (particularly an empty one) and/or furniture which looks a tad on the dated side, we highly recommend Arden’s Home Staging service. Sarah gave our house the ‘wow’ factor and transformed it into something with a very fresh, contemporary feel to it. The service will have a cost attached, but in the current market especially, there is a high probability of it being a very worthwhile investment. It certainly paid off for us!
