We chose Arden at the outset as part of a tendering exercise to put our house on the market. They came over as the most knowledgable and professional of the agents that tendered. They met our expectations from sale right through to exchange. We were particularly pleased that once they sold our house in Worcester and we purchased a house in West Sussex, they had Leanne to manage sales progression through our chain, of buyers and sellers. This is a service not to be underestimated and Leanne did a great job on our behalf. We would highly recommend Arden as an excellent complete package estate agent.

Beth and Leanne were absolutely fantastic and kept us informed each step of the way through the whole process. Normally we thought it would be a stressful and long journey what with my husband doing night shifts but the Arden team proved this is not the case and adhered to our needs. I wanted to say thankyou to Romily, Sarah and the Rubery team for their kindness and help during a recent house sale. They were very thoughtful, attentive and efficient in keeping me up to date with what was going on, making the whole experience a very smooth one and nothing was ever too much trouble. This included helping me find a company to spring clean the house and went all the way through to advice about finding the right removal firm. Excellent service all around from the whole team at Arden Estates. We bought a house from Arden's in April with a four-month turnaround. Every member of staff was very friendly, knowledgable and patient with us, despite us calling probably every single week. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and that they actually supported us in getting the house despite another buyer (investor) being able to offer the same offer in full cash. As first-time buyers, we were very nervous going into the process however, Arden Estates made the whole thing much less nerve-wracking than my wife and I expected. I couldn't possibly recommend them more.

We recently sold our house with Arden estate agents and had first class service ,we dealt with romily and her team in rubery branch and Amy Wollaston in redditch branch and from the first stages ,pictures being taken of the property etc right up until completion the whole process was stress free and professional ,Amy regularly kept us updated with any news and progress.if I was to sell another house Arden would be my only choice.they have fantastic team of people who all have their own roles and the offices are modern and kept in immaculate condition

With over 45 years combined rental and letting experience unfortunately we have to say we have found Arden the worst agency we have rented with and glad I didn’t rent out my properties with them. We have found the staff assigned to us allusive at best and when we did manage to catch them they were more intent on ‘discussing’ how busy they were than resolving our issues! Despite assurances and 5+ emails since our first month some things were never actioned or even updated. On top of written requests, we were then given other repeated verbal assurances over the two years that came to nothing. We have found their staff and representatives have an unhealthy and unhelpful passive aggressive manner, as well as being insincere and even unsettling, and this has been commented upon by other Arden tenants. Ultimately, we did not feel that they put any effort into working for us (as our agent) from not replying to or actioning requested to even consistently spelling our names wrong!Very poor service overall, and although I was a tenant would not be using as a landlord because I know they are also not fully transparent in either direction.Overall a disappointing experience.
