Friendly, helpful and very responsive

We viewed various properties marketed by Arden in Redditch and Bromsgrove, before buying one that Arden was marketing in Droitwich. All the staff I spoke too when arranging bookings were really friendly, as were all of the team who did the viewings. They also gave very helpful insights and information about each area, which was incredibly helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area, having previously lived near the South coast.And they did some great detective work when I left my handbag and mobile phone in one of the properties I viewed, as they had no obvious way of contacting me directly without my phone!Likewise, the after sales team were incredibly helpful, very responsive and communicative, chasing up as needed and keeping us informed of progress in the chain above. They also went above and beyond (again) on moving day, when we couldn't collect the keys in time, due to accidents on the M4. Thank you Arden for making the move as smooth as possible!

Well done to all at Arden Estates

For many years we used an alternative Agent for our property sales in Rubery but as they closed their Rubery branch we have since used Arden Estates. Their service and performance level with our most recent sale was 5-star. Starting with Romily providing a professional initial market appraisal, securing a sale very quickly and then Amy guiding the sale through the SSTC stage to a speedy completion date we were very impressed.Ongoing Arden will be our preferred Estate Agent choice for Rubery and the surrounding area.

We can't thank Lucy, Annalise and the Arden's team enough for helping us sell our home and move into our forever home.
