The Arden Worcester team were highly professional, from the first visit by Dominique and throughout the marketing and sale progession process, delivering what they promised and always responding efficiently. It is clear that, based on their hard work, extensive knowledge and experience of the local area, Arden is the new go-to agency in Worcester. This was especially important for us after a previous agent had let us down. Arden guided us expertly to re-market the property to a high standard, organised great photography and we were inundated with viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. We will certainly go back to Arden for any future sale.

Having not bought or sold a house for 18 years in Worcester - my task was set. 3 estate agents called but only one made me feel at ease. Arden Estates Agents Worcester. Dominique and Katy have been fantastic through the whole process. They give regular updates via phone and their online portal, advice on what will help sell and will ensure you have plenty of notice for viewings. In a matter of weeks Arden had sold my house and were also finding me others in the quest to find my new home whilst staying in Worcestershire. Faultless service and friendly faces. My recommendation comes highly with this team 👍

Our overall experience was very good, Jon was fantastic. The only part where i felt let down was the after sales service, communication was quite poor and i was forever having to phone them/leave messages for no one to ever get back to me - hugely frustrating when your going through such a stressful experience. Having said that i would recommend to others and would use again in the future.

Arden Have been great right from the off. From initial market appraisal to production of the sales particulars and on through the sales process. I have moved house quite frequently and Arden are by far the most communicative Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Since agreeing the sale they have been on the ball following up and chasing all parties to keep things on the move. Even our buyers have commented on how efficient they are.

We were so anxious about going through the process of moving/buying a house during the pandemic and current situation, but so lucky to have had the support from Lara with our property search and advice from Becky as we moved forward with our mortgage. We have been made to feel comfortable at all times, had timely responses and everything is moving forward like clockwork! FacebookDisappointed in Arden estates, “forgot” to tell us that the property we were moving into had no heating (despite being mid December). Lied to the landlords about having told us meaning we couldn’t stay at the house for 2 days while they replaced the boiler, not even as much as an apology despite promising a rent reduction (forgot to tell the landlord this too) Many other issues with them during 6 months, “forgetting” and just plain ignoring issues reported then pretending they had no idea when it came to end of tenancy. Now renting with Visors Avoid like the plague!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. We viewed many properties with other estate agents but Arden were the most professional and helpful. Lara helped us from day one through to completion and she was absolutely brilliant, from excellent communication and the many phone calls and melt downs she received from me she kept me calm through such a stressful time. In very difficult market conditions, where we had two buyers pull out, Arden's Worcester office just kept plugging away and eventually brought the sale of my property to a successful conclusion. During a rather prolonged SSTC period they maintained excellent communication with me and the buyer and were accessible whenever I needed to know what was going on.

We sold our house with Arden, and had a very positive experience. Sharon valued our house and Chris arrived the same day to take photos as they knew we had our eye on something and wanted to be on the market quickly.Sadly we didn't get the house we wanted, but the whole team were really helpful in finding us something else, that we loved even more, taking us for multiple viewings so that we could be sure. I had quite a few requirements, and they understood and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Arden.
