The service I received was excellent when compared to Fine and Country ,especially when you consider the fees!!!Although I have now taken my home off the market Arden found 2 buyers within 7 weeks who wanted to proceed ,unfortunately due to market conditions ,they both had to withdraw,one’s chain fell through ,and the other mortgage issues,none of which were in Arden’s control .It was my decision to come off the market,I will re consider the position next year .Thankyou to John ,Lara and all the team .V.Chandler
