GoogleWe have used Sinclair and Hamilton for the second time to find a property to let. Hannah, our agent, was very helpful and she tried so hard to find us the right house to let. And she did it! We 've let a beautiful house with a large, sunny garden . We are very pleased and we highly recommend the agency and Hannah in specific.

Very highly recommended, from viewing properties to being supported through purchase to completion. The team at the Bromley office were very helpful and supportive throughout, always easy to get hold of, would respond very quickly to queries and they would call you to give you an update on how things were going, which was all excellent service. Very friendly service and it all went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

GoogleFantastic service, Matthew Hirst provided really informative advice on the current market and how we could achieve a successful sale. Weekly updates always happened and this took a lot of pressure off me to chase the process. Particularly at times of challenges with solicitors and conveyancer. Sinclair Hammelton were recomended to me and I would definitely use them again and now recommend them to friends.

GoogleI found Sinclair Hammelton & Choices Admin to be invisible when I needed info, or incompetent when doing some basic tasks. Botched the move in time, contract signing and move out handover. A comedy of errors. Certain Choices admin staff act like they are doing you a favour just by answering the phone. They probably just need some training. Avoid.

I rented an apartment from Sinclair Hammelton! They were very helpful from the leasing process to the tenancy to the exit process when I had to move for work. They have a wide range of properties and are willing to work with you to find the perfect apartment. Just give them a call and they will immediately get on helping you find a great apartment.

Dear Dusan, Huge apologies that you have had to face these delays with your pool recommissioning and understand your frustration. As you are aware, we will of course compensate you with a rent rebate for the time that you have been unable to use the pool. As your managing agents, we are doing the best we can in trying to resolve this matter and carry out the required works as soon as possible. We are just as frustrated as you are that we were unable to get this completed any sooner, however, circumstances of all parties involved have not allowed for this to be a smooth completion. Also, we have faced unforeseen setbacks with the pool since the first attempt a couple of weeks ago to get it recommissioned. There are layers of issues that were uncovered during the filtering and that have to be dealt with before the recommissioning is successfully completed. It can be out of our control when instructed companies cannot complete work due to further issues and further required funds which need to be received and paid. We apologise again for the inconvenience that this may have caused you and hope that we can regain your faith in Sinclair Hammelton as we are chasing all parties every day for this to be completed.
