Overall I satisfied

Overall I satisfied with the services of Sinclair Hammelton as a tenant. Especially it was great to working with James Gray, the agent who works in Bromly. Although he is young specialist (I specially asked him about experience) he makes his job at very high standard. He does everething he can to answer for tenants' questions even if questions are not within his direct responsibility. The letting agency itself had insufficient amount of information about the property, e.g. they did not know where meters are located and where to throw away litter. James quickly resolved these issues, so he is very supportive. For the agency rating is 4 with area for development - please, gather more information about the property you are letting.

Despite multiple requests after having our bid accepted, this agency refused to take the property's advert down and continued to solicit further bids. Ten weeks after having our bid was accepted and near the end of the buying process, an unidentified person suddenly appeared and offered £40,000 above our accepted offer. When we matched it, they suddenly disappeared without offering any more. In summary, continue to look for other properties until contracts are signed and exchanged. (Has anyone else experienced anything like this with Sinclair Hammelton? Did the other bidder even exist?)

Do not rent the property at 36 Herbert Road the landlord intends to raise the rent next year. Awful landlords the roof still leaks the place has damp takes ages to repair anything in the house. The electrics are not earthed constant electric problems. Bodged up repairs. I lived there for seven years Raised the rent recently by £250 is money mad. VB and her daughter particularly nasty people. The daughter lives in Australia (horrendous woman she is getting rid of a young family at the end of Herbert road by raising the rent by £300 a month) and refuses to repair the property properly. They own and rent in Cowper road Herbert road and pope road. Don’t rent from these people. Look elsewhere! Awful landlordNegativeQuality
