She has gone above and beyond in assisting me after many other estate agents were dismissive as I am a single parent. GoogleThis is the second time we have been renting from Sinclair Hammelton Bromley branch and every time we found the service to be outstanding, from arranging a viewing, to getting vetted and moving into the property. The letting team at Bromley pay great attention and care particularly Kayleigh who helped us with our current property. She was absolutely brilliant all through the process and still continues to assist us now when ever we need help.

GoogleFollowing a less than satisfactory experience with another agent, Sinclair Hammelton were recommended to me for the sale of my late aunt’s property in Shortlands. I live abroad but it wasn’t a problem - Russell took care of everything for me. He collected the keys from the previous agent, arranged an open day at the flat and by the following week I had three offers. Luke at the Bromley office was easy to deal with, always responsive and communicative. Overall I satisfied with the services of Sinclair Hammelton as a tenant. Especially it was great to working with James Gray, the agent who works in Bromly. Although he is young specialist (I specially asked him about experience) he makes his job at very high standard. He does everething he can to answer for tenants' questions even if questions are not within his direct responsibility. The letting agency itself had insufficient amount of information about the property, e.g. they did not know where meters are located and where to throw away litter. James quickly resolved these issues, so he is very supportive. For the agency rating is 4 with area for development - please, gather more information about the property you are letting.
