GoogleUnprofessional people i gave theme my email address three times never got the right one ,went for a view the agent didn't have keys,didn't know anything about the properties ,nothing about utilities,went for a second view ,i've sent an email to have more infos and arrange a deposite ,never answer back ,i ve called them and now overnight the property i 've viewed the day before and that was avaiable has now he suddenly gone! Lies on lies just loosing time not raccomended at all Arianna

GoogleContacted them via email through Zoopla as well as my husband leaving his details about renting a property. We didn't hear anything for 2 days, so I tried to call again, only to be told the property was now unavailable. As I write this it still says available on Zoopla, 2 days after speaking with them and 4 days after first enquiring, with no response. The staff member was very unprofessional on the phone and didn't even bother trying to help me with any similar properties they might have. Definitely need some more training in there!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleNot great experience dealing with these guys. We rented through them and have to say for both tenants and landlords the experience seemed unprofessional. We had a long delay getting our bond back at the end of the tenancy, we chased for weeks and Hammelton Sinclair told us the delay was due to the landlord. Landlord told us the bond was signed off weeks ago. The landlord promptly got hold of Sinclair Hammelton and the bond suddenly was released. During the tenancy we had numerous changes of primary contact and when things went wrong they were slow to respond or never came back to us after we chased them numerous times.

Thank you for your review Utdipta. We have a duty of care to our vendors and unfortunately you were not willing to provide any evidence that you could afford to buy the apartment you wished to view. We were under strict instructions from our vendor to only show serious buyers who had finances in place. If you would like to register your details in the future, please call our Bromley sales team.

GoogleWas very satisfied with the level of service we received and the communication from start to finish. We experienced some glitches in our chain that could have had caused the whole chain to collapse, and Luke from Bromley SH dealt with this superbly, everything was back on track with very minimal disruption, we were very impressed with how this was handled. This is the third time we have used SH and I would not hesitate to use them again. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe hadn't quite got our house on the market and we went to view a property to essentially rule out that style of house. However, rather than ruling it out we agreed that it suited our needs, location and size requirements better than we thought it possibly could. Our house eventually made it to market and within 2 days we'd accepted an offer and the rest is history. Matt, Harry and the rest of the sales team helped us through the entire process and even when we thought the new house was no longer on the cards they worked their magic and it was all back on again. Thanks to everyone who assisted getting our new home, all very much appreciated. I would recommend selling and/or buying through Sinclair Hammelton to anyone - courteous, professional and no-hard sale tactics in sight.

GoogleAfter going through three agents previously I was dubious and wondered if I would ever sell my house for a good price. But from the start I found these guys to be proactive and on the ball at all times securing me a buyer and good price which completed after 13 weeks. I found both Luke's very pleasant to deal with including Matthew who saw my sale through to completion. Very pleasant people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleHad an offer accepted on a property they were selling, was told by the agent that we were the highest bidder and it would be taken off the market. Two weeks later after we were already committed into the sales process another employee calls me up to tell me that a higher bidder (which I had never been told about) had got an offer accepted on their place and now their offer was being accepted. If we’d had known about the higher bid being in place at the start we would have never proceeded, the whole experience was highly unprofessional. Wasted our time and money.

GoogleWe have put an offer on a house in BR2. I have explained the agent that we want to deal with a serious seller only as we have two young children and will have to move our from our flat in couple of months. We wanted to avoid the situation where the seller is pulling out last minute and we will not have time to find somewhere else. The agent words were: '' I got to know my client, he is serious about selling his house, he wont mess you about''. Guess what, after we have done the searches, surveys and had the mortgage approved, the seller has pulled out. We had to find out through our solicitor as Sinclair Hammelton did not even bother to respond to my email. The worst part is that the agent knew already for a while that the seller has changed his mind. I started to be suspicious when I was told to wait for further damp & roof survey results, then he was too busy to take my calls. We will not use Sinclair Hammelton again for buying or selling in the future.

GoogleI have been using the Bromley branch of Sinclair Hammelton for the past four years. They have been looking after the lease for my rental property and also vetting and securing new tenants. Throughout this period I have found them to be efficient, professional and totally reliable. The attention to detail they provide for every transaction is particularly impressive and the staff are always helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to help out to ensure that they provide a good service. In particular mention should be made of the Manager Nicola Stanway who is always available to give sensible and pertinent advice should a problem arise. In conclusion, I have been totally satisfied by the help & support I have received from Sinclair Hammelton, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to those looking for a professional service.

Found us a buyer quickly and at the right price and took the time to really understand what we were looking for and know what our ideal home on the roads we wanted would be. When there was nothing available they went outside the box and got a property onto the market that fitted the bill. We literally would never have known about this place as it wasn't on the market. And they were patient, courteous and efficient all through the process too - even when emotions ran high! Outstanding work and we are truly grateful to all of the team for making our dream move happen.

GoogleSinclair Hammelton have always been excellent to work with over the years I have bought and rented property. They know the area well and have built up a knowledge and understanding of the market and importantly it's people. They are excellent negotiators, achieving the right price for both seller and buyer. Sounds obvious, but this is really important in making sure a sale is successful and doesn't break up. Inevitably the UK conveyancing process brings about its own challenges and this is where it counts. When it came to selling our family home they were top of my list. They achieved the right price for our sale and helped everyone in a complex chain over several months as we relocated to a different part of the country. Added to their expertise they are also nice people. Both management and team there are super supportive of the local schools and community and this is what establishes them as such a strong player in an increasingly corporate market. I would recommend them as your 1st choice of agent, if not that then speak to Luke, Matt or Natalie and see the comparison for yourself.

GoogleWouldn't use them again . Asked about mold in a property and was promised there was none and previous clients didn't have any . Then found out this is the first time they have had this property on the market . Turns out is had mold and sent pictures through and have told them about this issue and they havnt even had the decency to reply . Staff are very rude and would advise anyone not to use this branch .
