GoogleDespite multiple requests after having our bid accepted, this agency refused to take the property's advert down and continued to solicit further bids. Ten weeks after having our bid was accepted and near the end of the buying process, an unidentified person suddenly appeared and offered Β£40,000 above our accepted offer. When we matched it, they suddenly disappeared without offering any more.
In summary, continue to look for other properties until contracts are signed and exchanged.
(Has anyone else experienced anything like this with Sinclair Hammelton? Did the other bidder even exist?)

Harry oversaw our sale and purchase and was always very proactive and responsive;it made a real difference. He was professional and persistent in chasing a conveyancing firm that were progressing at a protracted pace! They also recommended a solicitor- the best I've ever encountered. House move stress was minimised as much as it could be.
